Cue Authority Ledger / 提示权总账线

Cue Authority Ledger is the parent arbitration storyline for the moment when several individually credible cue records point at the same cue but disagree about who currently speaks for it, which timecode controls, or which version may be executed.

The existing pencil, headset, standby-slip, cue-sheet, promptbook, and light-cue lanes remain the authorities for their own objects. This storyline does not replay those single-object afteruse reviews. Its first runtime packet begins only when the required pencil, headset, standby-slip, and cue-sheet rows survive those reviews and a later reader tries to collapse their disagreement into one clean cue authority.

Playable question

When a pencil mark, headset call, standby slip, cue sheet, promptbook note, or equivalent cue row claims the same cue under conflicting speaker, time, or version state, does production:

  • reconcile one named current cue;
  • split authority by version;
  • preserve a dissenting cue row;
  • attach an operator/timecode bridge;
  • protect the harmed understudy’s claim;
  • quarantine the conflicting authority;
  • or allow a false-clean cue authority default?

Every answer must preserve the source rows and change what a later route, editor, stage desk, sponsor recap, archive, or broadcast-reality reader may treat as executable.

Several cue objects existing at once is not enough. The pencil, headset, standby, and cue-sheet rows must claim the same cue, disagree on an authority-bearing fact, and face a named future consumer. Promptbook, light-cue, or equivalent rows may add pressure, but cannot replace the required four source surfaces.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — Several valid rows point at one cue

Earlier object-specific reviews have left the required pencil, headset, standby-slip, and cue-sheet rows usable within their own scopes. A later production need now places all four over one cue; promptbook or light-cue rows may join as additional pressure without replacing them.

The conflict must be concrete: a different current speaker, a displaced operator, incompatible timecodes, a superseded cue version, or an execution scope that no longer matches.

Beat 2 — The docket keeps disagreement visible

The player receives Cue Authority Crossread Docket. Its seven exact cards preserve:

  1. the crossread docket;
  2. the source cue rows;
  3. the version conflict;
  4. the current speaker;
  5. the harmed understudy;
  6. the future reader;
  7. the quarantine register.

The docket cannot replace missing operator/timecode provenance with a convenient cue name. The bridge or its explicit absence remains a separate row.

Beat 3 — The review assigns current authority without erasing history

Run Cue Authority Crossread Review. Reconciliation may name one current cue, but the losing rows remain provenance. Version split may keep more than one row executable, but each reader must know which version it accepts. Preserving dissent or protecting the understudy keeps a route open at visible cost. Quarantine blocks execution until the conflict is repaired.

Beat 4 — Future play reads the resulting authority state

The resolution must alter a named future cue reader or route. A later desk reads authority_state_after and future_route_effect; it cannot infer clean authority from the newest timestamp, highest-ranking caller, sponsor preference, or whichever object is easiest to assign.

Default

false_clean_cue_authority_default arms or resolves False Cue Authority Crossread Default when a future reader spends one cue row as universal authority while another source row, speaker conflict, version conflict, operator/timecode gap, or harmed understudy is hidden.

The event exposes exactly three terminal options:

  • capture_first_reader;
  • force_public_cue_correction;
  • restore_harmed_understudy_route.

Each option preserves the source conflict, writes a durable authority state, moves named counters, and changes future route access.

Non-goals

  • Not another pencil, headset, standby-slip, cue-sheet, promptbook, or light-cue afteruse packet.
  • Not a raw cue-row count, duplicate-name lint, dashboard, or fixed-turn event.
  • Not a rule that the newest timestamp, highest-ranked operator, sponsor, or archive always wins.
  • Not valid unless a named future reader consumes the resulting authority state.
