Fire when

Fire or arm this event when any of these are true:

  • the source attachment row is hidden;
  • the original monitor is erased by a replacement assignment;
  • a substitute monitor is unqualified, captured, stale, or channel-limited;
  • authority scope is absent without explicit absence;
  • sponsor, public, lawful, archive, or editor monitor authority is treated as interchangeable;
  • a harmed or omitted reader is hidden;
  • a future route consumes the substitute as clean universal monitor proof.

Counter deltas

Choose at least three:

  monitor_substitution_pressure: +1

Future mutations

The event can mutate future play as:

  • ruling attachment compliance demands a new monitor bridge;
  • archive enforcement rejects the substitute;
  • public reader requires published monitor notice;
  • sponsor-gated monitor makes the route costlier;
  • service recipient authority becomes split-required;
  • route asset maintenance treats the monitored asset as recovery-only.
