False Precedent Default / 伪先例默认

False Precedent Default fires or arms when an institution cites an old case as a new rule without a visible caption, reader limit, counter-precedent, quarantine, errata, or capture scar.

This is a durable event. It does not erase the source case. It records the wrong institutional memory that now pollutes future offers.

Mandatory future mutation

At least one future surface must change:

• a sponsor package becomes sponsor-only or captured;
• an inspection report requires errata;
• an archive proof requires a cross-index;
• a public receipt requires a footnote;
• a route asset becomes recovery-only;
• a legality conversion is blocked until captioned;
• a management metric is marked contaminated;
• a fan or artist reader becomes hostile.

The event fails as content if it is only reputation loss, flavor backlash, or a generic legal penalty.
