Precedent Drift Registry / 先例漂移登记线

Precedent Drift Registry is the storyline for the moment after a hard case has been resolved, when a later institution tries to remember it as a general rule.

The oxygen-era content is green because it can price rebate collars, priority ladders, and clawback foreclosure. The next gap is not another oxygen creditor. The gap is institutional memory: a sponsor, inspector, archive clerk, management desk, editor, fan delegate, lawful desk, or route asset holder can later say an old branch proves a new policy.

This storyline asks: who gets to caption the old case, what reader was excluded by that caption, and what future route becomes cheaper or more dangerous because the institution now remembers the wrong rule?

Why this is the next useful expansion

Existing surfaces already solve nearby but narrower problems:

What remains missing is the second-order case memory that links them. Without this line, the corpus can pass every local hearing while letting the next desk silently transform a branch into policy.

Primary playable question

A resolved source case is now being cited as precedent for a new target case.

Do you:

  • annotate the precedent with the original scar;
  • narrow its scope to a matching reader, asset, signature, continuity version, or mandate dimension;
  • split readers so one route can proceed while another keeps a recovery hook;
  • attach a counter-precedent;
  • quarantine the memory until bridge or errata exists;
  • publish errata and accept institutional embarrassment;
  • accept capture and record who benefits;
  • or refuse/default and let the loudest desk narrate a false rule?

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — A solved case returns as memory

The player sees a source case that is already resolved or defaulted. The source relief remains true. The source cost remains true. The new problem is that someone now cites that result for a different case.

Beat 2 — The institution claims a rule

Create or update 先例漂移案卷. The card must name the claiming institution, target case, desired new reader, excluded reader, and analogy basis.

A weak analogy is allowed as a claim. It is not allowed as automatic proof.

Beat 3 — The old scar blocks clean memory

The old case cannot become a global flag. The docket preserves original reader, protected reader, harmed reader, source cost, and future effect.

Beat 4 — The hearing captions the case

Run 先例题名听证. The player chooses whether the memory is annotated, narrowed, split, contested, quarantined, corrected, captured, or defaulted.

Beat 5 — Future offers inherit the caption

The result must change later sponsor packages, inspection reports, archive proof, route assets, legality conversions, public receipts, management metrics, or broadcast reality acceptance.
