False Public Contrition Afteruse Default fires or arms when a later reader consumes a prior public statement as clean universal sponsor mitigation, lawful admission, public recap proof, archive release, management cleanliness, route-asset clearance, fan-table answer, correction closure, recovery clearance, or ending readiness without a valid afteruse docket and review.

The event is not a warning banner. It mutates future play because the statement has already been spent outside its clause and proof scope.

Recovery

  • quarantine the later use;
  • convert the statement to recovery-only or substitute-proof status.

Non-Goals
