False Queue Number Default

False Queue Number Default fires when a future reader consumes a public claimant queue number as wider proof than the source row allows.

The event is durable. It does not simply reject the queue number. It records who captured false value, which scope was hidden or invalid, who was harmed or omitted, and how future readers become costlier.

Fire When

Fire this event when any of these are true:

  • source_queue_number_row_or_absence is absent but a future reader accepts queue priority;
  • queue_scope_or_absence is absent and the number is used for custody, consent, oxygen, sponsor release, route ownership, or metric closure;
  • the source intake row names public notice only, but a later system books a stronger proof state;
  • a harmed reader is omitted from the scope docket;
  • a scope hearing branch emits false_queue_number_default.

Counter Deltas

Choose at least three:

counter_deltas:
  claimant_legitimacy: -1
  public_trust: -1
  lawful_friction: +1
  custody_burden: +1
  oxygen_debt: +1
  sponsor_exposure: +1
  memorial_contamination: +1
  route_cost: +1
  management_metric_hostility: +1

Future Mutations

The default can mutate future play as:

  • claimant collision requires a scope addendum before merge;
  • recall priority demands lawful recheck;
  • first custody charges a custody surcharge;
  • oxygen exchange treats the claimant as recovery-only until scope is repaired;
  • sponsor counterdesk gains clawback pressure;
  • memorial chain marks consent as contaminated;
  • route asset holder rejects queue proof and raises cost;
  • management metric reads the queue number as hostile closure evidence.
