False Reinstatement Default / 虚假重开默认

False Reinstatement Default fires or arms when a barred remedy is reopened without pricing the late capacity it consumes. It is the failure event for false cure: the desk admits preclusion was too broad, but then treats reinstatement as if no one else was displaced.

This event is not a punishment cutscene. It must write a durable scar that a later reader or route consumes.

Trigger conditions

Fire or arm this event when any of the following happens:

• a reopened remedy lacks 救济重开担保案卷;
• source preclusion row is hidden;
• claimant to reinstate is hidden;
• remedy being restored is unnamed;
• late-cost reason is hidden;
• capacity source is hidden or filed as generic clean capacity;
• displaced reader is hidden without explicit absence;
• bond actor, collateral, or proof is missing without explicit absence;
• sponsor payment is treated as public consent;
• public addendum is treated as lawful appeal;
• lawful annex is treated as fan-public remedy;
• archive escrow is treated as route-asset return;
• route asset collateral is released as if no bond existed;
• future route consumes reinstatement without reading bond state.

Hard prohibitions

• False reinstatement cannot erase the prior preclusion scar.
• False reinstatement cannot erase the claimant’s restored remedy.
• The event must preserve both sides: the remedy may be real, but the unpriced late cost remains real too.
• Generic budget, reputation, mood, or pressure changes are insufficient.
• A future reader must consume the false reinstatement state.
