Remedy Reinstatement Bond is the next concrete aftershock storyline after 救济失权线.

The current mesh can now say: a service row was too broad, a waiver was false, a counterreceipt should have been heard, a callback or substitute carrier must be reworked, or a remedy must reopen. That is strong, but it leaves one playable gap: a remedy reopened late consumes real broadcast capacity. Someone else may already have used the slot, relied on the clean report, moved the route asset, released an archive copy, cut the fan oxygen queue, or exposed a worker.

This storyline binds the reopened remedy to a bond, escrow, collateral, refusal, quarantine, or false-reinstatement default. The remedy can return, but not as a free clean undo.

Why this is the strongest next gap

Recent content has converged around service finality: 容量告知送达队列线, 救济失权线, 相对方信赖撤回线, and 默认恢复分诊线 all prevent clean laundering.

What remains under-modeled is not another claimant challenge. It is the cost of making a successful challenge playable. Without this line, the game can either block late remedies forever or reopen them without displacing anything. Both are false: Storyteller needs a route-state price for reinstatement.

The line fails if it opens from fixed turn number, day/week interval, chapter quota, raw claimant count, raw notice count, dashboard state, lens health, or generic post-hearing cleanup.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — The waiver falls, but the schedule has moved

A false or overbroad preclusion is narrowed. The barred claimant may now pursue a callback, correction, refund, counterreceipt, lawful appeal, public addendum, route delay, capacity reserve, witness protection, substitute fit review, or equivalent remedy.

The game must show the remedy and why it is late: schedule already spent, public truth already aired, sponsor package already sold, archive copy already released, route asset already moved, worker already exposed, oxygen queue already cut, or equivalent.

Beat 2 — The bond docket names the displaced reader

Create 救济重开担保案卷. The docket must name capacity source and displaced reader, or record explicit absence. A restored remedy with no displaced reader is still a state; that absence must be consumed downstream.

Beat 3 — The hearing prices the route

Run 救济重开担保听证. The player can bond through producer license encumbrance, sponsor collateral, public addendum, lawful annex, archive or route escrow, handler or worker protection, refusal/quarantine, or default.

Beat 4 — Future reader consumes bond state

The selected bond state must alter Broadcast Schedule, Route Assets and Custody, Broadcast Reality, 相对方信赖撤回线, 播出破产账本线, or 默认恢复分诊线.

Beat 5 — False reinstatement becomes a new scar

If the desk files the reopened remedy as clean, 虚假重开默认 records the unpaid bond, hidden displaced reader, false clean claim, and future route effect.

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missed when a route consumes a restored remedy without bond state. Missed states include false_reinstated, unbonded, displaced_reader_hidden, route_asset_released_clean, producer_license_encumbered_silently, broadcast_reality_drift, and recovery_only.

Recovery is possible only by creating a bond row, public addendum, lawful annex, route escrow, handler/worker protection, quarantine, or recovery-only state. Recovery cannot make the late remedy retroactively free.

Non-goals
