False Stand-In Afteruse Default

False Stand-In Afteruse Default fires or arms when a later reader consumes a prior emergency stand-in state as clean universal sponsor package proof, archive release, lawful annex, public recap, route-asset clearance, management cleanliness, recovery clearance, broadcast-reality truth, or ending readiness without a valid afteruse docket and review.

The event is not a warning banner. It mutates future play because the emergency substitution has already been spent outside its missing-party, stand-in, asset, and reader scope.

Recovery

  • split afteruse by reader;
  • quarantine the later use;
  • convert the stand-in state to recovery-only or substitute-proof status.

Non-Goals

  • Not a generic emergency-slot delay event.
  • Not a substitute-carrier warning.
  • Not valid if the future reader effect is only a notification.
