Emergency Stand-In Afteruse Receipt

Emergency Stand-In Afteruse Receipt makes a prior emergency substitution reusable only through named afteruse scope.

The mechanism exists when a stand-in consent receipt is still true but a later reader wants to spend it in another context. A single-broadcast stand-in does not prove archive release. A paid understudy does not prove sponsor permission. A published objection does not satisfy a lawful annex, route asset, management report, broadcast-reality rollup, and ending gate at once unless source receipt, consent state, harmed party, bridge, selected posture, and future effect remain visible.

Afteruse States

emergency_standin_afteruse_states:
  - unspent_standin_receipt
  - afteruse_requested
  - consent_scope_certified
  - reader_restricted
  - bridge_attached
  - missing_party_reopened
  - standin_witness_reopened
  - split_afteruse_required
  - afteruse_quarantined
  - false_clean_afteruse
  - captured_by_reader
  - hostile_missing_party
  - recovery_only

The implementation fails if a stand-in state is collapsed into a generic substitution accepted, consent clean, slot saved, archive cleared, or ending ready flag.

Branch Contract

Every non-default branch must record:

Failure Cases

The mechanism must fail if:

  • a single-broadcast consent is cited as archive release;
  • a paid stand-in receipt is used as sponsor-wide permission;
  • a quarantined performance is treated as route-asset clearance;
  • an objection note is cited as if the missing artist consented;
  • a protected stand-in witness is exposed through management reporting;
  • a false-clean substitution unlocks an ending gate;
  • a future route effect changes only notification text, mood, or a generic slot counter.

Default Contract

The default is False Stand-In Afteruse Default. It must record false-clean stand-in afteruse, source receipt or explicit absence, hidden or overbroad consent scope, capturing reader, harmed or excluded party, after-state, future reader effect, at least three counter deltas, and durable mutation.
