The default becomes eligible only when Rite 21 and Rite 22 are both complete, the board-order window and default remain armed, actual Ming Ke and the named reader are held, and no disposition or recruitment exists.

Its one option:

• disarms the default and closes the window;
• sets storyteller_mingke_route_blocked, the focused failure flag, and natural_miss_recovery_only;
• removes actual Ming Ke;
• preserves the named reader;
• gains the late board-order counterclaim;
• raises visible board attention, continuity instability, recovery cost, and future route cost;
• creates no route asset.

This is a natural miss: the safe archive became the next official surface before arrival order received a protected disposition. Recovery may inspect the named order dispute, but it cannot silently restore Ming Ke, reconstruct an absent docket, or decide archive truth.
