Oxygen Audit Standing Capture / 呼吸审计资格捕获

Oxygen Audit Standing Capture is the default event when an oxygen audit result is reused as universal proof before its standing holder, excluded reader, proof anchor, and future route effect have been reviewed.

The event is not a punishment for failing an audit. It is the scar for letting the wrong reader inherit the audit’s authority.

Consequence contract

At least three durable surfaces change:

• one immediate relief or shortcut the capturing reader gained;
• one cost for the omitted standing holder or excluded reader;
• one future route, refund, custody, sponsor copy, public receipt, lawful annex, or broadcast-reality effect.

The event fails if it only increases anger, heat, debt, or reputation loss without changing who can cite the audit next.

Recovery

Recovery requires a visible review cost: reopen standing, publish countercopy, attach lawful annex, collar refund, add witness mandate, quarantine proof, split standing, or accept that the route is sponsor-only, public-only, lawful-only, costlier, hostile, or recovery-only.
