Proof Burden Default / 举证负荷违约

Proof Burden Default is the event that fires or becomes default-ready when a proof burden was left unassigned, falsely cleaned, overdrawn, captured, or assigned to a holder who cannot produce the proof when challenged.

The event is not a flavor reveal. It must suspend, reverse, poison, capture, harden, or make costlier a route that previously depended on proof.

Event pressure

This event can fire when a row in 举证负荷案卷 enters one of these states:

  • no current burden holder is named after a proof-based relief;
  • the holder is captured, hostile, missing, overdrawn, unpaid, silenced, or contradicted;
  • a sponsor, editor, archive, public witness, or proxy authority was treated as proof without carrying the proof duty;
  • a required checksum, original copy, witness oath, consent/refusal boundary, chain receipt, public update, or lawful seal cannot be produced;
  • the player chooses immediate silence or clean-looking relief without assigning cost;
  • a challenger produces a countercopy before the holder answers.

This event must not fire from a fixed numbered turn. It fires from unresolved proof burden state.

Event resolution families

Relief suspended

The route does not disappear, but its prior benefit cannot be used cleanly until burden is reassigned.

Expected effects:

  • route_asset_after = costlier or recovery_only;
  • proof_legibility drops;
  • future_recovery_cost, archive_debt, or inspection_heat rises.

Burden reversed

The challenger gains a presumption because the holder cannot answer.

Expected effects:

  • rival claimant becomes priority claimant, false owner, lawful-only gate, or public narrator;
  • false_owner_pressure or contract_capture rises;
  • at least one prior relief becomes narrower or hostile.

Holder turns into liability

The holder survives but becomes overdrawn, hostile, captured, or public-only.

Expected effects:

  • follower/handler state changes;
  • future use of that holder requires protection, payment, apology, legal cover, or rescue;
  • handler_burden, public_exposure, fan_oxygen_resentment, or bureau_favor_debt rises.

Proof becomes split-canon

The proof remains available but no longer decides reality by itself.

Expected effects:

  • source_ambiguity or broadcast_reality_drift rises;
  • a later hearing must choose between public, lawful, editor, sponsor, or subject burden;
  • clean route use is blocked.

Recovery-only route

The game preserves a future path, but only through visible sacrifice.

Expected effects:

  • future route requires new proof, stronger holder, public counterproof, lawful escrow, apology/refund, or sacrifice;
  • future_recovery_cost rises;
  • prior relief is remembered rather than retconned.

Required deltas

Every fired event must mutate at least three counters or durable states. At least one mutation must explain what becomes worse; if any relief remains, another mutation must record its cost.

Interaction with existing lines

  • In 导出证据回流分岔线, this event punishes accepted, traded, exposed, or quarantined proof that nobody can later produce.
  • In 同意债转移线, this event prevents consent/refusal proof from becoming implied authority.
  • In 归档执行案卷, this event is a failure pressure when the enforcement copy exists but the continuing proof burden collapses.
  • In Route Assets and Custody, this event mutates route assets into costlier, hostile, captured, false-owner, split-canon, recovery-only, or blocked states.

Non-goals

  • Not a generic punishment event.
  • Not a countdown or fixed-turn event.
  • Not a retcon of earlier proof success.
  • Not a way to delete a difficult route without recovery logic.
  • Not valid unless a previous proof-based relief is named and future play is mutated.
