Proof Burden Docket / 举证负荷案卷

Proof Burden Docket is a route-asset card for the moment after evidence, consent, archive custody, or public receipt has already produced relief, but the game still needs to know who must keep that proof alive.

The card does not decide whether a proof was true. It records the continuing burden of production, preservation, witness protection, checksum maintenance, public update, lawful filing, or consent/refusal visibility attached to that proof.

Playable promise

When a prior branch says “this proof protects the route,” this card asks: who now has to show it, preserve it, fund it, repeat it, or answer for it when challenged?

A burden holder is not free flavor. The holder becomes a management/RPG surface that can be protected, overdrawn, captured, hostile, public-only, lawful-only, or defaulted.

Entry conditions

Create or update this card when all of the following are true:

• a previous branch produced concrete relief through evidence, consent, archive custody, memorial custody, public receipt, editor checksum, sponsor concession, or route-asset protection;
• that relief still depends on someone being able to produce or maintain proof;
• a challenger, expiry pressure, contradictory copy, missing witness, or burden dispute has appeared;
• a current holder is named, contested, absent, overdrawn, hidden, or being replaced;
• at least one future route asset, follower state, claimant state, or counter can mutate if the burden is assigned or defaulted.

Do not create this card from a fixed numbered turn, chapter quota, count target, or lens-health state.

Burden states

State	Meaning	Required consequence
unassigned	Proof helped once, but no current holder can answer challenge.	Review must be offered or default pressure arms.
assigned	A named holder carries the proof burden.	Holder state and at least one route/counter mutate.
contested	More than one claimant says who must prove.	Branch must choose, split, escrow, or default.
escrowed	Burden is held under lawful or neutral cover.	Fraud risk drops; cost, delay, or lawful-only routing rises.
split	Formal, public, editor, or sponsor burdens diverge.	More than one future route state is created.
public_carried	Public witness/fan ledger carries production burden.	Private capture drops; exposure and retaliation rise.
lawful_carried	Inspector/archive carries burden.	Admissibility rises; bureau debt or lawful-only gating rises.
editor_carried	Cutroom/checksum carries burden.	Continuity improves; edit/archive debt rises.
sponsor_carried	Sponsor pays or controls proof maintenance.	Immediate pressure drops; capture/public distrust rises.
production_carried	Internal desk carries the burden.	Branch survives; handler burden and future recovery cost rise.
overdrawn	Holder is already carrying too much proof, consent, or route risk.	A burden cannot be assigned without extra cost or relief.
default_ready	A challenge is unresolved and can harden.	Default event can fire if ignored or falsely cleaned.
defaulted	Holder failed to produce/maintain proof.	Relief is suspended, reversed, made hostile, or becomes recovery-only.

Holder families

Subject or original route asset

Keeps consent, refusal, voice, body, memory, or witness proof attached to the person or object it belongs to.

Relief: integrity and private-capture resistance improve.

Cost: schedule, protection, public, sponsor, or recovery cost rises.

Shen Luo or contract bridge

Turns proof burden into manager carriage, lawful escrow, settlement bridge, or sponsor negotiation.

Relief: legal/slot pressure can remain usable.

Cost: contract_capture, shen_luo_complicity, handler_burden, or future witness risk rises.

Sponsor desk

Funds or holds proof burden to pause default.

Relief: immediate sponsor/slot pressure can fall.

Cost: route becomes sponsor-owned, public trust falls, or false ownership hardens later.

Inspector/archive

Carries proof under seal, oath, custody filing, or admissibility review.

Relief: fraud and custody ambiguity decrease.

Cost: inspection heat, bureau favor debt, public delay, or lawful-only play rises.

Editor/black-box

Maintains checksum, source tape, redaction log, continuity patch, or contradiction ledger.

Relief: continuity and reality drift improve.

Cost: edit debt, archive debt, public distrust, or source ambiguity rises.

Public witness / fan ledger / historian

Publicly repeats, stores, or testifies to the proof.

Relief: private capture is harder; public legitimacy rises.

Cost: witness exposure, sponsor retaliation, fan resentment, and inspection heat rise.

Production desk

The player keeps the burden inside the crisis desk.

Relief: branch remains flexible and faction capture is delayed.

Cost: handler burden, staffing risk, recovery cost, and route-asset pressure rise.

Counter contract

Every resolved burden row must mutate at least three counters or durable states, with at least one relief and at least one cost.

Invalid uses

• Not a generic evidence inventory.
• Not a verdict card.
• Not a free proof-preservation flag.
• Not valid when no prior relief depends on the proof.
• Not valid when no holder can become burdened, protected, captured, hostile, or defaulted.
• Not valid from fixed turn-count triggers.
• Not valid if success has no cost or if default has no future route mutation.
