Qian Yan Sticker-Counter Seizure Default / 钱砚贴纸柜台扣押默认

storyteller.event.qian_yan_sticker_counter_seizure_default.v1 is the durable natural miss for Qian Yan. It fires after the source has produced a thermal sample and Rite 36 closes the sticker counter before storyteller.rite.qian_yan_thermal_first_touch_review.v1 is resolved.

The event records a missed counterwitness. It does not authorize the seizure, decide the sticker’s legal status, or convert the audit seal into archive ownership.

Trigger contract

The executable event requires all of the following:

• event.qian_yan_sticker_counter_seizure_default.armed is set by Rite 36 or review choice 7;
• qian_yan.counter_disposition_recorded is absent;
• the Qian Yan seizure default is unresolved.

The natural-miss source proof additionally shows Rite 35 complete, Rite 36 complete, the actual Qian Yan card present immediately before default resolution, the dedicated review unresolved, and no previously recruited Qian Yan route asset.

Choice 7 of the dedicated review may arm or directly resolve the same event. A natural miss replay reaches Rite 36 without choosing the review and then resolves the event.

Sole resolution option

Required durable effects:

• mark the default seen and resolved;
• write legacy miss/closure flags including storyteller_sticker_amnesty_clerk_missed and storyteller_sticker_license_counter_closed;
• set qian_yan.state.sticker_counter_seized_missed;
• set qian_yan.future.recovery_only;
• remove card-storyteller-sticker-amnesty-clerk from player custody;
• ensure route_asset.qian_yan_temporary_license_counterwitness is absent;
• preserve the unreviewed applicant, proxy-signer, first-touch, and refusal contradiction as a seizure scar;
• move only allowed Qian Yan pressure/cost counters with effect-backed deltas.

The default must not destroy the source sticker or pretend the contradiction never existed. A later recovery rite may request the seized box, docket, claimant, or counterwitness scar, but it cannot cleanly recreate choice 0 recruitment.

ST-SCALE-11 rule

The default cannot promote card-storyteller-st-scale-11-memorial-sticker-amnesty-operator into Qian Yan’s place. The anonymous operator remains a generic logistics role and may continue its own scale fixture, but it cannot erase the named miss, inherit Qian Yan’s evidence, or grant her route asset.

Authority boundary

The event records closure and loss only. It never grants:

• seizure authority or a lawful seizure ruling;
• memorial license or universal touch permission;
• artist/fan consent or artist refusal;
• voice/archive custody or archive ownership;
• identity, personhood, death, or legal-body waiver.

It must never mutate memorial_license_status, voice_integrity, archive_signature_legitimacy, or legal_body_pressure.

Replay oracle

lens/replays/qian-yan-thermal-first-touch-counterwitness.seizure.replay.json must prove:

1. the Storyteller source chain reaches Rite 35 with the actual Qian Yan card;
2. the dedicated review remains unresolved;
3. Rite 36 resolves;
4. this event resolves its sole option;
5. Qian Yan is absent afterward;
6. the route asset is absent;
7. the miss and recovery-only flags persist;
8. no forbidden authority counter moves.
