Unlicensed Route Asset Contempt / 未授权路线资产藐视

Unlicensed Route Asset Contempt is the visible event when a route asset is used in a broadcast channel that its current legality class cannot support.

The event does not simply punish illegal play. Storyteller treats broadcast as reality-making: an unlawful airing may rescue a public route, expose a hidden proof, or prevent sponsor capture, but it must also arm contempt, seizure, blackout, public fracture, or recovery-only consequences.

Event trigger

Fire or record this event when any of the following happens:

• an unlicensed, public_receipt_only, pirate_signal_only, mirror_right_mismatch, quarantined, or recovery_only asset is used as if it were lawful_broadcast;
• a sponsor-safe package is aired as public truth while public receipt or artist boundary is unresolved;
• an editor-safe cut is treated as raw source proof without source ambiguity;
• a lawful-only inspector copy is sold into sponsor or fan channel without appeal;
• a public or pirate copy unlocks a corporate route without license-slot or mirror-right conversion;
• the player hides the Broadcast Legality Docket and lets a channel mismatch resolve by inertia.

The trigger is state-based. It must not depend on a fixed numbered turn, day interval, chapter quota, or content count.

Event variants

Corporate illegal use

The producer uses a public-only, pirate-only, or unlicensed asset in a recognized broadcast slot.

Expected effects:

• route may air or partially unlock;
• broadcast_legality worsens or contempt_flagged appears;
• inspection_heat, blackout_slots, license_slots_free, or producer_deplatformed_pressure worsens;
• future lawful use requires appeal, conversion, or replacement.

Sponsor laundering contempt

Sponsor or manager packages an asset as clean while public receipt, artist boundary, or source proof is unresolved.

Expected effects:

• immediate sponsor or schedule pressure may drop;
• contract_capture rises;
• public_receipt_distrust, fan_oxygen_resentment, or artist_boundary_risk rises;
• the asset becomes sponsor-only, captured, or recovery-only for public routes.

Editorial overclean contempt

An editor-safe cut is used as if it were uncut evidence.

Expected effects:

• continuity_hazard may drop;
• edit_debt, source_ambiguity, or archive_debt rises;
• public, inspector, or artist challenge becomes armed;
• a later proof-burden or claimant-collision surface must name the source gap.

Inspector overreach contempt

A lawful-only seal is used to suppress public receipt, fan ledger, artist refusal, or pirate witness rather than preserve admissibility.

Expected effects:

• fraud risk or custody clarity may improve;
• bureau_favor_debt, public_receipt_distrust, or sponsor_stop_loss_pressure rises;
• public-only or pirate-only recovery route remains alive instead of being erased.

Pirate rescue contempt

A pirate-only or public-only asset airs to prevent capture or blackout.

Expected effects:

• public route, witness route, or route asset survival may improve;
• pirate_heat, inspection_heat, blackout_slots, or reality_drift rises;
• corporate use becomes costlier, lawful-only, or recovery-only.

Quarantine breach

A quarantined or recovery-only asset is used before repair, appeal, or replacement.

Expected effects:

• immediate pressure may drop or a route may be saved;
• future_recovery_cost, archive_debt, false_owner_pressure, or blackout_slots rises;
• the asset cannot return to clean use without a later visible recovery action.

Consequence contract

Every event resolution must mutate at least three counters or durable states. At least one mutation may be relief, but at least one must be cost.

Valid relief examples:

• route stays visible;
• public receipt legitimacy rises;
• sponsor stop-loss pressure drops;
• continuity hazard drops;
• false-owner capture is delayed;
• witness survives into public route.

Valid cost examples:

• contempt flag appears;
• license slot folds into blackout;
• inspection heat rises;
• sponsor capture rises;
• public distrust rises;
• route asset becomes channel-limited;
• recovery-only state appears;
• future route accepts the asset only through a narrower legality class.

Follow-up hooks

After this event, the game should expose at least one follow-up pressure:

• appeal for lawful conversion;
• retrofit a mirror right;
• publish a public counter-receipt;
• protect or rescue the witness/source;
• pay sponsor or settlement debt;
• quarantine the unsafe copy;
• accept recovery-only play;
• let the blackout fold harden.

Non-goals

• Not an instant game-over event.
• Not a morality label for unauthorized broadcast.
• Not a generic news bulletin.
• Not a replacement for route-asset seizure; this event is specifically about channel mismatch and legality class.
• Not valid if it does not change future route acceptance, channel class, or recovery cost.
