Unlicensed Setlist Default is the durable event that fires or arms when the show airs, clips, relays, exports, or relies on a catalog work while a relevant rights lane is hidden, wrongly implied, contradicted, or treated as clear because another lane was cleared.

This event is not a flavor copyright warning. It is the moment the fastest narrator files the song as clean and future play must inherit the false-clean catalog scar.

Durable mutations

The event must mutate at least one surface from each class:
