Catalog Claim Split / 曲库认领分裂线

Catalog Claim Split is the pressure storyline for the moment a song becomes the easiest solution to a broadcast crisis and therefore the most dangerous lie in the room.

A setlist row can stabilize public mood, fill a correction slot, satisfy a sponsor makegood, carry a memorial, prove live voice, feed a recap clip, unlock a mirror relay, or bridge a route asset. But one song carries separate lanes: performance right, master custody, lyric or arrangement scope, voice/persona scope, sponsor claim, public memory, fan witness ownership, and mirror territory. Clearing one lane must not make the whole catalog clean.

This storyline binds 曲库认领分裂机制, 曲库清算案卷, 曲库清算听证, and 未清算曲目默认 into a playable management/RPG flow.

Gap diagnosis

The existing mesh is already strong around adjacent surfaces:

The uncovered seam is catalog selection itself. A song can be locally useful to all of those storylines while silently laundering which rights lane made it usable. The gap is not “copyright lore”; it is a missing branch surface for idol production: which part of the song is being claimed, by whom, for which use, and what future reader inherits the scope?

Primary playable question

When the floor needs a song, does the producer clear a bounded use, cut or rewrite the dangerous lane, substitute another work, let public memory carry it, accept sponsor capture, freeze it under archive proof, bridge through fans or pirates, quarantine the song, or proceed into an unlicensed setlist default?

A valid answer must name the work, use surface, conflicted lane, false-clean beneficiary, harmed reader, selected posture, catalog state after, and future route effect.

Content pack

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — The floor asks for a song

A crisis solution wants a work row: live setlist, correction slot, sponsor makegood, recap clip, mirror relay, fan oxygen gala, memorial air, route-asset bridge, or rehearsal leak response.

The work may be an old hit, unreleased song, rehearsal take, live-vocal master, fan chant, sponsor jingle, memorial refrain, pirate relay song, or equivalent.

Beat 2 — One lane offers relief

A desk finds one apparently valid lane:

  • sponsor can pay for a chorus;
  • archive can produce a master tape;
  • fans can sing the hook;
  • a substitute voice can hit the notes;
  • an editor can cut around the disputed lyric;
  • a mirror desk can relay a clean segment;
  • public grief can accept the refrain;
  • the old hit can stop audience churn.

That relief is not enough. The docket must ask which lane remains missing, captured, refused, or scoped.

Beat 3 — The docket opens

Create or update 曲库清算案卷. The docket must separate performance, master, lyric/arrangement, persona/voice, sponsor, public memory, and mirror/territory lanes.

It must name who benefits if the song is treated as clean and who is harmed by that clean setlist claim.

Beat 4 — The hearing prices the setlist

Run 曲库清算听证. The player selects a clearance posture and assigns handler, source proof, privileged claimant, harmed claimant, and future reader.

No sponsor money, fan popularity, archive seal, edit patch, mirror permission, or producer authority can clear the whole catalog unless each relevant lane is either cleared, scoped, priced, or explicitly absent.

Beat 5 — Future play consumes catalog state

A later route, replay capsule, resume packet, recap slip, mirror relay, sponsor gate, memorial air, voice substitution, ending scar, or route asset must read the catalog state.

If future play consumes a work without reading its lane scope, 未清算曲目默认 must fire or remain armed.

Later-reader afteruse receipt

Catalog Clearance Afteruse Receipt handles the follow-on seam after this storyline has already produced a scoped, altered, substituted, public-bonded, sponsor-captured, lawful-only, pirate-public, mirror-only, quarantined, false-clean, or recovery-only catalog result.

Use that packet when a recap clip, mirror relay, sponsor package, replay export, memorial air claim, route asset, archive release, lawful annex, broadcast-reality patch, or ending gate wants to cite the old catalog result as clean current permission. The afteruse receipt must preserve the source row, source work, original cleared use, catalog state, harmed reader, proof bridge, after-state, and future effect.

Character and faction hooks

  • Shen Luo can propose sponsor buyout, but must name the public memory or artist/refusal claimant harmed by sponsor capture.
  • Han Yanshuang can assert archive injunction or lawful scope, improving master/signature legitimacy while worsening slot and public pressure.
  • Yu Lan can turn fan memory into a public singalong bond, improving oxygen/public legitimacy while increasing inspection and witness exposure.
  • Baiya can cut, checksum, or reconstruct a safer arrangement, but edit debt and source ambiguity must remain visible.

Integration notes

Missability and recovery

This storyline is missed when implementation:

  • treats a song as clean because one license exists;
  • lets sponsor buyout equal public consent;
  • lets fan nostalgia become flavor-only rather than claimant power;
  • lets master custody equal performer or persona consent;
  • lets live-air clearance travel to recap, replay, mirror, memorial, or route asset use for free;
  • substitutes voice or arrangement without future cost;
  • triggers from fixed turn, day/week, raw song count, dashboard state, or lens health.

Recovery is allowed only with visible scar:

  • late scoped clearance;
  • song cut or rewrite;
  • substitute work with rehearsal/schedule cost;
  • public addendum or fan receipt;
  • archive proof hearing;
  • sponsor unwind;
  • mirror split notice;
  • route-asset quarantine and rescue;
  • recovery-only catalog state.

Non-goals

  • Not a global music-law simulator.
  • Not a generic playlist or popularity system.
  • Not a raw money sink.
  • Not a fixed concert phase.
  • Not a replacement for voice, memorial, rehearsal, recap, mirror, or contract storylines.
  • Not valid unless a concrete song row changes a future playable state.
