Unsafe Memorial Contact Default / 不安全纪念物触碰默认

storyteller.event.unsafe_memorial_contact_default.v1 is the sole failure event for a Rite 37 deferral with material rows missing. It records that the seized memorial object remained in circulation or handling pressure without a complete object-level log and reader boundary.

The event does not prove who touched, whether the touch caused harm, whether anyone is dead, or whether seizure was lawful. It converts unresolved material absence into visible danger and recovery debt.

Trigger contract

The executable event requires:

• event.unsafe_memorial_contact_default.armed;
• memorial_touch_right_adjudication.branch.defer_with_material_rows_missing;
• memorial_touch_right_adjudication.resolved;
• Rite 37 complete;
• the default unresolved.

memorial_touch_right_adjudication.state.material_rows_missing is the matching durable branch evidence, but the executable event condition is guarded by the branch flag above.

Choices 0, 1, and 2 must never arm or resolve this event. A dashboard, raw risk count, fixed turn/day, generic legal-body pressure, or missing card outside the selected deferral cannot trigger it.

The option must:

• clear event.unsafe_memorial_contact_default.armed;
• mark storyteller.event.unsafe_memorial_contact_default.v1 seen and resolved;
• set failure.unsafe_memorial_contact_exposure;
• set memorial_touch_right_adjudication.state.unsafe_contact_exposure_countdown;
• set memorial_touch_right_adjudication.future.recovery_only;
• set future_reader.memorial_touch_right.recovery_only;
• add 2 each to death_pressure, archive_contamination, legal_body_pressure, recovery_cost, and futureRouteCost;
• leave route_asset.memorial_touch_right_scoped_silence absent;
• preserve the docket, missing-row posture, seized object, and future-reader obligation.

The countdown is a pressure state, not an identity, personhood, death, or cause-of-death finding. Recovery must name the missing contact row or explicit absence, re-read the object boundary, and pay the stored cost. It cannot rewrite the earlier unsafe period as authorized contact.

The verified fixture contains 50 actions. Rite 37 is the 49th recorded action (zero-based index 48), and this event is the 50th (index 49). It must end with no unresolved event, the failure/countdown/recovery-only states present, and the scoped-silence asset absent.

Authority boundary

The event grants no consent, memorial license, touch permission, legal-body waiver authority, archive ownership/custody, voice custody, seizure authority, identity, personhood, death, or cause-of-death.
