Memorial Touch-Right Adjudication / 纪念物触碰权裁定线

This non-character storyline makes the source question in Rite 37 playable at object level:

When an artist-owned withdrawal, a legal-body boundary, a seized memorial object, and a thermal contact trace disagree, what may the production do with that one object before another hand reaches it?

The answer is never who may touch memorials. The adjudication records a bounded disposition for one named object, the contact log or its explicit absence, and the named reader that must honor the result. It cannot manufacture permission from a waiver, a seizure, a thermal print, a public signature, or the act of adjudication itself.

Why this is a separate lane

The existing source chain already supplies each adjacent authority, but no focused surface proves that they remain separate when Rite 37 consumes them:

• Qian Yan owns temporary-stamp and first-touch provenance. Her testimony can prove who touched first; it cannot decide a later object’s disposition.
• Rite 33 owns the living artist’s refusal or withdrawal instruction. This storyline honors or records that instruction but cannot create or broaden it.
• Memorial Rights Contempt owns whether a memorial use becomes broadcastable, suppressible, publicly contested, or contemptuous. Object-level contact disposition is not broadcast permission.
• White-Glove Legal Body Readback owns the scope and cost of the legal-body exception. Possessing its waiver page does not give this adjudication legal-body authority.

This lane begins only after Rite 36 creates the seized sticker box. It ends when the existing Rite 37 writes one of four exact dispositions, or when the unsafe-contact default turns an underfilled deferral into a durable exposure countdown.

Ordered source spine

1. Rite 33 — Artist Refusal Right creates card-storyteller-refusal-receipt while leaving the refusal artist-owned.
2. Rite 27 — Legal Body Exception has already created card-storyteller-legal-body-waiver; the page is a boundary object, not authority for this lane.
3. Rite 35 — Thermal Sticker Handprint creates card-storyteller-thermal-sticker-sample, which preserves contact trace without identifying a lawful toucher.
4. The three dedicated support rows are starter evidence already available in the source loadout, but they remain unusable for this disposition until Rite 36 — Seized Sticker Box Hearing creates card-storyteller-seized-sticker-box and forwards to Rite 37.
5. Rite 37 — Touch Right Waiver becomes the seven-slot Memorial Touch-Right Adjudication. It consumes the exact source packet and chooses one of four ordered dispositions.
6. Unsafe Memorial Contact Default resolves only after defer_with_material_rows_missing; it records unsafe-contact exposure, a death countdown, and recovery-only future play.

The spine is causal rather than calendar-driven. No fixed turn, day, raw memorial-card count, dashboard state, or lens-health value may open the adjudication.

No generic card, tag-only match, virtual assignment, touch waiver produced by the rite itself, or Qian Yan provenance docket may substitute for one of these seven cards.

Only choice 0 creates route_asset.memorial_touch_right_scoped_silence. The asset can silence or scope one named memorial object for one later reader. It is a restrictive receipt, not a memorial license, a consent token, a seizure warrant, or permission for any person to touch that object.

Natural unsafe-contact consequence

Choice 3 sets event.unsafe_memorial_contact_default.armed. After Rite 37 closes, Unsafe Memorial Contact Default must remain eligible and resolve record_unsafe_contact_exposure_countdown.

The default writes:

• failure.unsafe_memorial_contact_exposure;
• memorial_touch_right_adjudication.state.unsafe_contact_exposure_countdown;
• memorial_touch_right_adjudication.future.recovery_only;
• future_reader.memorial_touch_right.recovery_only;
• material increases to death pressure, archive contamination, legal-body pressure, recovery cost, and future route cost.

The death countdown is a danger state, not a finding that a named person is dead. Recovery may reopen the missing log, reader, or object boundary, but cannot retroactively turn the exposure into a clean contact authorization.

Replay contracts

The implementation must be proved through four game-cli replays from source: storyteller:

The first three fixtures preserve the complete source chronology and contain exactly 49 recorded actions, ending with Rite 37 as the final source reader. In the verified fixture shape that is zero-based action index 48; the index is a replay chronology assertion, never a gameplay trigger.

The unsafe fixture contains exactly 50 actions: the same Rite 37 position followed by the unsafe-contact event. It must end with the event resolved, no unresolved event, no scoped-silence asset, and the recovery-only countdown visible.

Authority boundary

No branch, event, card, route asset, or replay grants or finds any of the following:

• artist, fan, witness, or memorial consent;
• memorial license or broadcastability;
• universal, reusable, or person-level touch permission;
• legal-body waiver authority;
• archive ownership or custody;
• voice custody;
• seizure or release authority;
• identity, personhood, death, or cause-of-death.

The adjudication may preserve a source refusal, name a physical contact, silence one object, publish a contact ledger, quarantine evidence, or record an unsafe deferral. Every broader authority remains with its own source system and future reader.
