Lan Qiao Off-Station Transfer Clerk Lens / 蓝桥站外换乘员 Lens

This lens checks that Lan Qiao / 蓝桥 becomes a reachable, recruitable, missable, suppressible transfer-list witness whose source branch, gates, reclassification label, handoff, receiving custody, subject acknowledgement or refusal, and future reader change later play.

It rejects every shortcut that turns transfer evidence into Li Deng personhood, voice consent, K-404 protocol, Huo Qian testimony, Shen Mansheng custody, station access, or Lin Qiao / 林乔 identity.

Lan Qiao / 蓝桥 must never be normalized to Lin Qiao / 林乔 or the lin_qiao namespace.

2. Docket preserves all nineteen fields

Lan Qiao Off-Station Transfer Docket records the exact runtime fields from source_rite through counter_deltas. It explicitly separates transfer authorship, subject, origin/departure/receiving gates, reclassification, terminal access, handoff, receiving custodian, acknowledgement or refusal, company claim, witness, posture, after-states, and future reader.

The lens fails if a transfer list, property label, terminal log, witness, company claim, or route asset becomes broader authority.

5. Recruitment remains narrow

Choice 0 sets route_asset.lan_qiao_offstation_transfer_clerk, retains the actual Lan Qiao card, and requires named origin, gate, receiver, and custodian evidence. It does not grant personhood, voice consent, protocol, testimony, company custody, or access.

6. Refusal is docket-recorded

Choice 4, honor_transfer_refusal_and_stop_handoff, records:

7. Hostility and shift-end miss are durable

Choice 6 removes the actual card, creates hostile_transfer_witness, erases the list, and produces hostile_countertestimony without granting the route asset.

Choice 7 sets shift_ended_missed, arms storyteller.event.lan_qiao_shift_end_default.v1, removes the actual card, preserves storyteller_lanqiao_shift_ended, and makes future play recovery-only. The event must resolve record_shift_end_and_transfer_witness_miss with the exact five counter mutations.

8. Lost-and-Found Label Afteruse remains separate

The existing Lost-and-Found Label Afteruse lane governs later citation of one object label. This lens governs the source off-station person-to-property reclassification row, including origin, departure, and receiving gates plus the handoff and receiving custodian.

The lens fails if a generic lost-and-found label satisfies Lan Qiao’s source transfer fields, or if Lan Qiao’s transfer docket is treated as universal authority for later object-label afteruse.

9. Four focused replays prove the critical edges
