Lan Qiao Off-Station Transfer Clerk / 蓝桥站外换乘员线

This storyline binds 蓝桥 to storyteller-rite-d17-lost-and-found-night. D-17 already treats an inconvenient trainee as lost property. Lan Qiao adds the missing operational question: who wrote the transfer row, which gate moved it, who received it, whether the named subject acknowledged or refused, and which later reader will try to turn the row into authority.

The central question is:

Do you recruit and protect the transfer-list witness, preserve person-first rows, escrow disputed reclassifications, publish the transfer list, honor a recorded refusal, accept company capture, suppress Lan Qiao into hostility, or let the shift end with the receiving custodian unknown?

The D-17 rite is the source encounter. It is not itself a personhood ruling, consent record, K-404 protocol grant, fan testimony, company custody order, or station credential. The later review opens when a named reader is about to consume the transfer row.

Lost-and-Found Label Afteruse non-overlap

The existing Lost-and-Found Label Afteruse Receipt lane governs a later reader trying to cite one object label beyond the scope it originally witnessed. It asks whether that label can later be spent as identity, consent, archive, sponsor, or custody proof.

Lan Qiao’s line governs the earlier source off-station person-to-property reclassification row: who authored it, the named subject or absence, origin and departure gates, receiving gate, terminal touch, handoff receipt, and receiving custodian. The label-afteruse lane cannot supply a missing source transfer chain, and Lan Qiao cannot certify a later object’s afteruse merely because she witnessed the transfer row.

Storyline spine

Beat 1 — D-17 exposes a person-to-property transfer

The source rite gives the actual Lan Qiao card, K-404 terminal, Shen Mansheng claimant, transfer availability, and the initial trust/debt/alarm pressure. Its two encounter branches record either encountered_person_first_transfer or encountered_company_cleanup_transfer.

Beat 2 — The docket names the transfer chain

The docket records the source rite and branch, named subject or absence, origin/departure/receiving gates, transfer row, reclassification label, terminal log, handoff receipt, receiving custodian, acknowledgement or refusal, company claim, witness, posture, after-states, future effect, and counter deltas.

Beat 3 — Refusal remains subject-owned

Choice 4, honor_transfer_refusal_and_stop_handoff, records and honors refusal in the docket. There is no separate refusal card. Lan Qiao can stop the handoff because a refusal row exists; she cannot invent, proxy, or own that refusal.

Beat 4 — The review changes the person and transfer state

Run Lan Qiao Off-Station Transfer Review with the exact eight runtime assignments. Every branch records a Lan Qiao state, transfer state, future-reader effect, relief, cost, and six counter deltas.

Beat 5 — A later reader consumes the result

A named subject, D-17 desk, inspector, company claimant, public hearing, or recovery route may cite the transfer row. Each reader must accept, reject, or charge for the selected transfer posture; none may infer personhood, consent, protocol, testimony, company custody, or access.

The branch-0 receiving-gate child is downstream of this map. It countersigns the exact protected transfer and keeps the already-recruited Lan Qiao state unchanged; it neither assigns her as a child rite slot nor provides a downstream consumer for choices 1 through 7.

Missability and recovery

Suppression creates hostile_transfer_witness. Lan Qiao is missed when the shift ends before acknowledgement or receiving custody is recorded, producing shift_ended_missed, removing the actual card, and making the row recovery-only.

Recovery must reopen at least one concrete scar: the original schedule, terminal access log, scrubbed list, handoff fragment, receiving-desk ledger, company claim, subject acknowledgement or refusal, or Lan Qiao’s hostile countertestimony. Recovery never silently grants recruitment, personhood judgment, consent, protocol authority, testimony authority, company custody, or station access.
