Archive Enforcement Docket Lens / 归档执行案卷 Lens

This lens observes 归档执行案卷, 归档执行机制, 归档托管体系, Route Assets and Custody, and 和解反震账本.

It is observed through 归档执行案卷, 归档执行复核, and 归档执行破口.

Observable promise

Storyteller must prove that a valid archive ruling can be enforced, delayed, publicly counter-enforced, editorially patched, breached, or hardened.

A pass cannot be achieved by marking a prior settlement as complete, adding flavor text about compliance, or firing a random crisis. The implementation must create an enforceable docket with source relief/debt memory, an assignable review rite, divergent branch outcomes, and route/follower consequences when execution fails or mutates.

Scope

This lens covers:

  • archive, settlement, claimant, fan oxygen, memorial, route-asset, and broadcast-reality rulings that are enforceable but not yet executed;
  • formal service, managed stay/appeal, public counter-enforcement, editorial compliance patch, carrier protection/sacrifice, and hostile/voided/hardened failure;
  • docket memory for source ruling, source relief, source debt, obligated party, proof chain, resistance mode, and enforcement state;
  • assignable actor/proof/cost/resistance slots;
  • follower, carrier, public witness, route asset, and future route-state consequences;
  • multi-session evidence that enforcement inherits the ruling created by an earlier replay.

This lens does not cover a first-order verdict unless that verdict creates a later enforceable obligation.

State-triggered entry oracle

A valid replay or state inspection must open this lens from enforceable-but-not-executed state, not from fixed chronology.

Minimum entry evidence:

  1. a prior branch produced a ruling, settlement, receipt, quarantine, refusal protection, route asset split, custody seal, public witness chain, or equivalent enforceable outcome;
  2. the source outcome records at least one relief and at least one debt;
  3. the source outcome names or implies an obligation that someone must execute;
  4. at least one obligated party can resist, delay, counterfeit, appeal, leak, obstruct, or harden;
  5. actor, proof chain, bridge/cost, and resistance target can be assigned or explicitly absent;
  6. at least one route asset, follower, public witness, carrier, artist boundary, sponsor claim, inspector claim, editor copy, or archive copy can change future state;
  7. enforcement has not already been complied with, voided, or hardened.

Accepted source states include aftershock_unreviewed, aftershock_under_review, sponsor_aftershock_paused, public_aftershock_reconciled, compliance_aftershock_reviewed, editorial_aftershock_patch, aftershock_quarantined, route_copies_split, inspector_priority, public_receipt_realign, artist_refusal_protected, false_owner_hardened, or equivalent.

Required observable content

Docket card

归档执行案卷 or equivalent must record:

  • source ruling id;
  • source relief;
  • source debt;
  • enforcement order;
  • obligated party;
  • enforcement actor or explicit absence;
  • proof chain or explicit missing proof;
  • resistance mode;
  • enforcement state;
  • future route effect when resolved, blocked, breached, or hardened.

Assignable review rite

归档执行复核 or equivalent must require:

  • one docket or equivalent enforceable order;
  • one enforcement actor or explicit actor absence;
  • one proof chain or explicit missing proof;
  • one bridge/cost/sacrifice/stay/public apology/edit patch/favor debt/quarantine cost or explicit no-bridge failure;
  • one resistance target when breach, appeal, delay, or hostile outcome is possible.

Breach event

归档执行破口 or equivalent must fire, resolve, or be recorded when execution is resisted, counterfeited, delayed into hardening, contradicted by edit/source proof, physically obstructed, or publicly split without enough support.

The breach must mutate future route access, route asset state, follower/carrier/witness state, counters, or blocked reasons. It cannot be mood text.

Required route states

A satisfying implementation must expose durable states equivalent to at least eight of:

  • enforcement_pending
  • served
  • complied
  • appealed
  • delayed
  • publicly_countered
  • editorial_patch_compliance
  • split
  • blocked
  • hostile
  • voided
  • hardened
  • carrier_protected_under_oath
  • carrier_hostile_witness
  • public_witness_recruited
  • false_owner_hardened

Branch divergence oracle

Branch A — Formal service

Expected evidence:

  • assigned actor or proof is formal: Han Yanshuang, Inspector Rhee, archive seal, custody staff, continuity law, custody copy, protected carrier, or equivalent;
  • outcome sets served, complied, partial_service_breach, or equivalent;
  • custody clarity, archive signature legitimacy, refusal respect, or route asset protection improves;
  • inspection heat, bureau favor debt, field carrier risk, sponsor pressure, or public exposure worsens.

Branch B — Managed stay or appeal

Expected evidence:

  • assigned actor/cost is managerial or sponsor-facing: Shen Luo, sponsor stay, stop-loss clause, lawful delay, legal appeal, manager bridge, or equivalent;
  • outcome sets appealed, delayed, stay_granted, or equivalent;
  • immediate legal, sponsor, blackout, or slot pressure improves or pauses;
  • archive debt, public receipt distrust, fan resentment, future enforcement cost, or false-owner hardening risk rises.

Branch C — Public counter-enforcement

Expected evidence:

  • assigned actor/proof is public-facing: Yu Lan, fan oxygen queue, public witness chain, audience testimony, pirate relay, public receipt, or equivalent;
  • outcome sets publicly_countered, split, public_receipt_enforced, or equivalent;
  • public receipt legitimacy, fan oxygen balance, or witness strength improves;
  • inspection heat, sponsor pressure, pirate exposure, legal exposure, or artist boundary risk rises;
  • a witness/follower/carrier state changes or becomes reachable.

Branch D — Editorial compliance patch

Expected evidence:

  • assigned actor/proof is editor/black-box-facing: Baiya, black-box fragment, checksum, source tape, redaction, edit ledger, continuity patch, or equivalent;
  • outcome sets editorial_patch_compliance, served, split, or equivalent;
  • continuity hazard or reality drift decreases;
  • edit debt, archive debt, public distrust, or future fraud cost rises.

Branch E — Carrier protection or sacrifice

Expected evidence:

  • a physical carrier, low-rank witness, custody staffer, route asset, or explicit absence is involved;
  • outcome changes a carrier/follower route state such as protected_under_oath, recruited, hostile, captured, missed, sacrificed, or equivalent;
  • physical handover becomes possible, blocked, recovery-only, publicly witnessed, or costly;
  • field carrier risk, payroll leak, favor debt, custody gap, or route asset pressure changes.

Branch F — Breach, hostile custody, or hardening

Expected evidence:

  • no credible actor, missing proof, hidden docket, counterfeit compliance, stay abuse, wrong bridge, public anchor absence, or claimant narration first is recorded;
  • outcome sets blocked, hostile, voided, hardened, or equivalent;
  • breach event or equivalent visible consequence fires;
  • future route access becomes blocked, costlier, hostile, captured, recovery-only, or sacrifice-only;
  • at least three relevant counters or durable states change.

Oracle assertions

A binding check should fail unless all assertions below are true.

  1. Primary links exist — the lens has populated observes and observed_through arrays pointing to concrete Storyteller pages.
  2. Entry is state-triggered — the surface opens from enforceable-but-not-executed state, not fixed turn count.
  3. Source ruling exists — a prior branch records a ruling, settlement, receipt, quarantine, refusal protection, split, or equivalent.
  4. Prior relief remains true — enforcement pressure cannot retcon the successful part of the source branch.
  5. Source debt remains visible — the source branch also records pressure, debt, scar, resistance, future cost, or claimant hostility.
  6. Docket memory exists — the docket records source ruling, relief, debt, enforcement order, obligated party, resistance mode, and enforcement state.
  7. Review assignment exists — the review rite requires actor, proof chain, bridge/cost, and resistance target or explicit absence.
  8. At least four branch families are playable — formal service, managed stay/appeal, public counter-enforcement, editorial compliance, carrier protection/sacrifice, and breach/hardening must not collapse into one result.
  9. No clean universal enforcement — no branch may satisfy sponsor, fan, inspector, editor, archive, artist, public witness, route asset, and broadcast reality pressure for free.
  10. Breach mutates state — breach or hardening changes future route access, route asset state, follower/carrier/witness state, blocked reasons, counters, or future difficulty.
  11. Follower/career stakes exist — at least one low-rank carrier, public witness, route asset, or NPC state can become protected, recruited, missed, hostile, captured, or sacrificed.
  12. Costed compliance exists — even successful compliance spends a resource, favor, exposure, public apology, edit patch, route asset risk, legal heat, or schedule scar.
  13. Blocked reasons are visible — absent actor, missing proof, stay abuse, public anchor absence, counterfeit compliance, or hardened obligated party must be reported rather than hidden.
  14. Multi-session provenance survives — evidence can show a ruling created in one replay/session being loaded into a later enforcement review without losing source state.
  15. No prose-only aftermath — implementation cannot pass with flavor text unless the docket, rite, event, counters, and route/follower states are visible.

Progress metric

archiveEnforcementDocketProgress = 0..10:

  • 0: no enforceable source ruling.
  • 1: source ruling records at least one relief.
  • 2: source ruling records at least one debt or contested obligation.
  • 3: 归档执行案卷 or equivalent enters play with obligated party and enforcement order.
  • 4: enforcement actor and proof chain are assignable or explicitly absent.
  • 5: bridge/cost and resistance target are assignable or explicitly absent.
  • 6: at least three branch choices are visible and gated by actor/proof/cost/resistance state.
  • 7: at least two successful or partial-success branches produce distinct enforcement states and at least three deltas.
  • 8: breach, hostile custody, voiding, or hardening creates durable future route/follower cost.
  • 9: at least one carrier, witness, follower, or route asset state changes due to enforcement handling.
  • 10: multi-session or loaded-state replay proves source ruling provenance survives into enforcement review.

Non-goals

  • Not a raw lens-count addition.
  • Not a generic legal procedure page.
  • Not a new central registry.
  • Not a fixed-turn content trigger.
  • Not a free compliance cleanup.
  • Not handwritten replay evidence; implementation evidence must come from durable game sessions or equivalent replay/state inspection.
