Archive Enforcement Review / 归档执行复核

Archive Enforcement Review is an assignable management rite for turning an existing ruling into enforceable play. It does not decide who was right. It decides whether the ruling can be served, stayed, publicly counter-enforced, patched into broadcast reality, or blocked into hostile custody.

Opens from state

Offer this rite when 归档执行案卷 exists in enforcement_pending, served, appealed, delayed, or publicly_countered state and at least one resistance mode remains live.

Do not offer it from a fixed numbered turn or clean-start state.

Required slots

A valid execution of this rite must assign or explicitly mark absence for all slots below:

Slot	Accepts	Why it matters
Docket	Archive Enforcement Docket or equivalent enforceable order.	Carries source relief, source debt, obligated party, and enforcement state.
Enforcement actor	Han Yanshuang, Inspector Rhee, Lin Qiao, custody staff, public witness, route asset, or explicit absence.	Determines whether execution is formal, logistical, public, or impossible.
Proof chain	audit seal, receipt packet, black-box fragment, refusal receipt, fan oxygen queue, custody copy, public testimony, or explicit missing proof.	Determines whether resistance can be overcome.
Bridge or cost	sponsor stay, manager negotiation, fan refund, public apology, edit patch, legal exposure, favor debt, payroll risk, route asset sacrifice, or quarantine cost.	Ensures success is never free.
Resistance target	sponsor desk, archive desk, editor, inspector, artist claimant, fan public, pirate relay, false owner, or field carrier pressure.	Names who can comply, resist, or become hostile.

Branches

Branch A — Serve formal enforcement

Use inspector/archive authority plus proof chain to make the order operational.

Minimum result:

• enforcement_state becomes served or complied;
• one of custody_clarity, archive_signature_legitimacy, artist_refusal_respected, or route_asset_protected improves;
• at least one of inspection_heat, bureau_favor_debt, field_carrier_risk, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, or public_exposure rises.

Branch B — Stay or appeal enforcement

Use sponsor leverage, manager negotiation, or lawful delay to stop immediate execution while preserving the docket.

Minimum result:

• enforcement_state becomes appealed, delayed, or stay_granted;
• immediate blackout, injunction, or sponsor stop-loss pressure decreases or pauses;
• at least one of archive_debt, public_receipt_distrust, fan_oxygen_resentment, false_owner_hardening_risk, or future_enforcement_cost rises.

Branch C — Public counter-enforcement

Use Yu Lan, fan oxygen proof, public witness chain, or pirate route proof to force compliance through public legitimacy.

Minimum result:

• enforcement_state becomes publicly_countered, split, or public_receipt_enforced;
• public_receipt_legitimacy, fan_oxygen_balance, or route-asset witness strength improves;
• sponsor pressure, inspection heat, pirate exposure, or artist boundary risk rises.

Branch D — Editorial compliance patch

Use Baiya, black-box material, checksum, source tape, or redaction to align enforcement with broadcast reality.

Minimum result:

• enforcement_state becomes editorial_patch_compliance, served, or split;
• continuity_hazard or reality_drift decreases;
• edit_debt, archive_debt, public_receipt_distrust, or future_fraud_cost rises.

Branch E — Blocked, hostile, or voided enforcement

Trigger when the rite is attempted without credible actor, proof, bridge, or when the obligated party has already hardened.

Minimum result:

• enforcement_state becomes blocked, hostile, voided, or hardened;
• a visible blocked reason is recorded;
• at least one future route is blocked, costlier, recovery-only, or faction-hostile;
• at least three counters or durable states change.

Assignment examples

• Han Yanshuang + audit seal + bureau favor debt: formal enforcement, higher inspection heat.
• Yu Lan + fan oxygen queue + public apology: public counter-enforcement, sponsor backlash.
• Shen Luo + sponsor stay + receipt delay: appeal/stay, fan resentment and archive debt.
• Baiya + black-box fragment + edit patch: continuity repair, edit debt and future fraud cost.
• Lin Qiao + custody copy + payroll risk: physical service, carrier risk and route asset exposure.

Resolution contract

Every resolved branch must record:

• source docket state before and after;
• selected actor, proof chain, bridge/cost, and resistance target;
• blocked reason when any slot is absent or weak;
• at least one visible relief and one visible cost;
• at least three counter or durable-state deltas;
• follow-up route effects: unlocked, protected, delayed, blocked, hostile, captured, recovery-only, or hardened.

Non-goals

• Not a verdict hearing.
• Not a prose-only follow-up.
• Not a fixed-turn operation.
• Not a universal clean compliance action.
