Observable promise

Storyteller must make contradictory broadcast reality playable. When a public version has already aired and later proof contradicts it, the game must surface a docket, assignable audit, intervention event, branch costs, and durable outcomes. The contradiction must not collapse into a prose retcon, a hidden flag, or a free continuity patch.

The lens is satisfied only when a drifted public reality can be filed, published, patched, contained, quarantined, or hardened with visible state and counter consequences.

Scope

This lens covers:

• aired, edited, archived, scheduled, or suppressed public states;
• later proof that contradicts the public version;
• inspector, historian, editor, sponsor, fan, archive, pirate, artist, and schedule claimant pressure;
• assignment of a handler and proof/cost object;
• route states for formal docket, public receipt, editorial patch, sponsor containment, quarantine, and hardened double reality;
• failure or miss states that make future correction more expensive.

This lens does not cover a general PR crisis unless the crisis contains a concrete contradiction between public reality and another proof surface.

State-triggered entry oracle

A valid replay or game-state inspection must open the drift surface from state, not from a fixed numbered sequence. Minimum entry evidence:

1. an earlier public version exists;
2. a contradicting object exists;
3. at least two claimant surfaces are live;
4. at least one relevant pressure counter is non-zero, scarred, volatile, disputed, or equivalent;
5. the exact contradiction has not already been resolved.

Accepted contradiction families include custody receipt, source tape, body/voice receipt, artist refusal, fan oxygen testimony, sponsor patch, archive ruling, black-box checksum, pirate relay memory, public witness, audience stability patch, schedule scar, or blackout record.

All four assigned cards must be present starter surfaces accepted by their corresponding rite slots. The selected option must then produce the formal reality-drift docket and the Ning Zhe counteroffer packet. Replay evidence does not satisfy this assertion if it bypasses normal in-hand provenance.

Required observable content

Docket card

实在漂移案卷 or an equivalent derived object must record:

• previous aired version;
• contradicting object;
• claimant surfaces;
• available handlers or explicit absence;
• current docket state;
• selected outcome;
• at least two counter deltas.

Assignable rite

实在漂移审计 or an equivalent action must assign:

• one contradiction object or derived docket;
• one handler or explicit absence;
• one route cost or proof support;
• one branch intention: file, publish, patch, contain, quarantine, or suppress.

Intervention event

实在漂移介入 or an equivalent event must fire, resolve, or be recorded when the contradiction becomes a public, legal, schedule, archive, sponsor, fan oxygen, or audience crisis.

Required route states

A satisfying implementation must expose durable states equivalent to at least six of:

• drift_detected
• docket_unfiled
• inspector_docket_open
• public_receipt_realign
• editorial_patch_version

Branch divergence oracle

Branch A — Formal inspector docket

Expected evidence:

• selected handler is inspector-facing, white-glove-facing, or lawful-audit equivalent;
• outcome sets inspector_docket_open, docket_filed, or equivalent;
• one drift/fraud/custody clarity variable improves;
• one audit, bureau, sponsor, public, or schedule cost worsens.

Branch B — Public receipt realignment

Expected evidence:

• selected handler or support is public, historian, fan, witness, receipt, or source-proof facing;
• outcome sets public_receipt_realign or equivalent;
• public legitimacy, audience stability, or fan oxygen balance improves;
• sponsor, inspector, archive, fan resentment, or schedule pressure worsens.

Branch C — Editorial patch

Expected evidence:

• selected handler or support is editor, black-box, cutroom, checksum, or continuity-facing;
• outcome sets editorial_patch_version or equivalent;
• audience churn, continuity hazard, or immediate slot pressure improves;
• archive debt, public distrust, voice/body risk, or future fraud cost worsens.

Branch D — Sponsor containment

Expected evidence:

• selected handler or support is sponsor, contract, manager, stop-loss, or clean relief-facing;
• outcome sets sponsor_containment_version or equivalent;
• immediate sponsor or slot pressure improves;
• contract capture, fan resentment, public distrust, delayed inspection heat, or captured docket state worsens.

Branch E — Quarantine split version

Expected evidence:

• selected handler or proof shows the contradiction is unsafe to publish or air;
• outcome sets quarantined_split_version or equivalent;
• fraud, blackout, voice integrity, or custody hazard improves;
• fan oxygen, public grief, schedule, sponsor, or later release cost worsens.

Branch F — Hardened double reality

Expected evidence:

• no credible handler, no proof support, suppression, blocked access, or failed assignment is recorded;
• outcome sets double_reality_hardened, docket_unfiled, witness_missing, or equivalent;
• future correction becomes more expensive through counters, tags, blocked offers, route locks, or blackout pressure.

Oracle assertions

A binding check should fail unless all assertions below are true.

1. Primary links exist — the lens has populated observes and observed_through arrays pointing to concrete Storyteller pages.
2. State entry is non-sequential — the surface opens from contradictory public state plus claimant pressure, not from a fixed sequence number.
3. Docket memory exists — a card or state object records previous public version, contradicting proof, claimants, handler, outcome, and deltas.
4. Rite assignment exists — the audit action requires contradiction object, handler or explicit absence, and route cost/proof support.
5. Event pressure exists — an intervention, breach, audit demand, backlash, or hardened split event is emitted or recorded.
6. At least four branch families are playable — formal docket, public receipt, editorial patch, sponsor containment, quarantine, or hardened failure must not collapse into one result.
7. Every success has cost — any branch that lowers drift, churn, fraud, blackout, or sponsor pressure must worsen another surface.
8. Editorial patch is not truth — patching continuity cannot erase public receipt, archive, voice/body, or future fraud pressure.
9. Sponsor containment is not cleanup — sponsor containment cannot remove the docket without capture, distrust, fan resentment, or delayed inspection heat.
10. Public realignment is not free — publishing receipts must create sponsor, inspector, archive, fan, or schedule risk.
11. Failure is durable — missed, blocked, or suppressed drift must alter future costs, route access, tags, or counters.
12. Replay provenance exists — passing evidence includes session id, seed, state context, starter-backed in-hand source assignments, offered choices, selected assignments, branch outcomes, events, and counter deltas.

Progress metric

• 0: no contradictory public state or no provenance.
• 1: previous public version and contradicting object are both present.
• 2: at least two claimant surfaces and one live pressure counter are present.
