Broadcast Stability Escrow Lens / 稳播托管 Lens

This lens observes whether 稳播托管线 makes a contested public version playable as priced stability rather than letting watchability become truth.

Observable promise

A passing implementation must show:

  • public version or patch;
  • stability explanation;
  • contradicting or risk object;
  • claimant surfaces;
  • 梁雾 state or explicit absence;
  • clearance quote before and after;
  • selected posture;
  • relief, cost, and future route effect;
  • durable repricing when the table is suppressed, captured, contradicted, or under-proved.

The lens fails if the result is only stable, audience accepts it, sponsor approved, editor fixed it, or inspector cleared it.

The default fails if suppressed stability disappears without future clearance cost, hostile witness pressure, quote capture, lawful/public table requirement, or blackout recovery.

  • 20%: storyline, mechanism, docket, rite, event, character route, and lens links exist.
  • 40%: entry is public-version stability pressure, not a timer or dashboard.
  • 60%: docket separates version, explanation, risk object, claimants, quote, and default risk.
  • 80%: hearing branches diverge across public, sponsor, inspector, editor, witness, suppression, and abandon paths.
  • 100%: repricing event mutates 梁雾 state, quote state, and future route effect.

Non-goals

  • Not a ratings meter.
  • Not a governance page.
  • Not a generic PR approval.
  • Not satisfied by sponsor or editor cleanup without route cost.
  • Not valid if stability, truth, reader scope, 梁雾 state, and repricing collapse into one result.
