Observable Promise

A scoped memorial voice probate row is reusable only as bounded residue. The implementation must preserve source row, accepted boundary, excluded readers, future consumer, claimed use, proof or explicit absence, carrier or explicit absence, branch cost, and future reader effect.

The lens fails if a prior probate result becomes a clean voice permission token for archive, public, sponsor, cutroom, pirate, route-asset, and broadcast-reality readers at once.
