纪衡 / Yield Comptroller

纪衡 is the executive yield comptroller who appears after the producer has technically survived a crisis. She does not ask whether the route was lawful, moving, or true. She asks which number the board can reuse: rescued slot, capped liability, retained sponsor, lower audience churn, recovered route asset, lower crew cost, or cleaner clearance quote.

Her design purpose is to make management pressure playable after success. Recent Storyteller content has strong custody, quote, public contrition, settlement aftershock, and live-floor pressure. 纪衡 adds the next bite: a success with visible debt can be compressed into a false clean metric unless the player chooses what the management report is allowed to count.

She is a missable recruitable/support NPC. She should enter from state pressure after a branch records both relief and debt; never from a fixed turn count.

Recruitable / missable states

sponsor_aligned_comptroller	She lets sponsor confidence count as route health.	Stop-loss pressure drops; contract capture, public distrust, and future correction cost rise.
crew_utilization_proxy	She treats overworked crew or skeleton coverage as efficiency.	Short-term schedule pressure drops; crew refusal, blackout, or live-floor leak risk rises.
quote_efficiency_proxy	She treats a returned quote-bearing object as clean clearance value.	Quote or carrier pressure is hidden; future route acceptance becomes costlier or default-prone.
hostile_metric_claimant	She files the board’s metric before the producer can qualify it.	Producer pressure rises and later recovery requires counterproof.
missed_by_clean_success	The player treats a successful branch as clean and never records management compression.	Later board default can recode the success as sponsor, schedule, or liability truth.

Entry contract

纪衡 can appear when all of the following are true:

1. a prior branch produced both relief and debt: settlement, public statement, custody return, crew reassignment, quote repricing, archive ruling, route asset recovery, sponsor bridge, or equivalent;
2. management can plausibly count that relief as at least two metrics that cannot all be true at once;
3. the player can name a protected metric, a sacrificed or qualified metric, a proof anchor, a handler, and a cost surface;
4. failure to respond lets the board, sponsor, schedule desk, or liability table narrate the result;
5. at least one future route, slot, custody object, public statement, or crew lane will read the compressed metric.

What she does that existing handlers cannot

• 沈洛 can negotiate contract capture, but 纪衡 decides whether the contract becomes a board metric.
• Orion Breath can buy confidence, but 纪衡 decides whether that confidence masquerades as public stability.
• 梁雾 can price stability, but 纪衡 decides whether an old price is counted twice.
• Live Floor Crew Load can prove that coverage is unsafe, but 纪衡 can pressure the desk to call it utilization.
• Public Contrition Ledger can make public words stateful, but 纪衡 can pressure the words into liability cap language.

Miss and recovery

纪衡 is missed when the player repeatedly accepts clean-looking results without preserving what they cost: a sponsor settlement with unpaid public anger, a quote-bearing return without carrier price, a public apology with omitted claimant, or a live slot saved by unsafe crew.

Recovery is possible only through visible cost: publish the metric scar, re-open the management docket, spend sponsor goodwill, sacrifice a slot, pay the crew debt, invite inspection, detach and reprice the quote, or let public receipts challenge the board report.

Non-goals

• Not a corporate dashboard tutorial.
• Not a fixed management phase.
• Not a free economic reward for successful play.
• Not a universal sponsor villain.
• Not valid unless her state changes management pressure, future route acceptance, sponsor pressure, crew risk, quote integrity, public legitimacy, or producer-license pressure.
