Public Contrition Ledger / 公开悔过账本机制

Public Contrition Ledger is the mechanism that makes public remorse a stateful broadcast object. After a harm surface becomes visible, the player cannot treat apology, correction, refusal, legal admission, fan refund, sponsor-safe regret, or edited statement as flavor. The mechanism records who owns the words, which harm is named, which proof anchors the statement, who is omitted, and what future route debt the statement creates.

This fills the intersection between artist boundary, fan public legitimacy, sponsor stop-loss, inspector admissibility, editor continuity, and audience stability. It does not replace those systems; it forces their wording conflict onto the screen.

Playable question

When the broadcast wound can no longer be hidden, who gets to speak the public contrition — artist, fan public, sponsor, inspector, editor, management, archive, pirate relay, or no one — and what does that statement make true afterward?

A satisfying implementation must show both relief and cost. A statement that stabilizes the public must also expose, capture, omit, admit, edit, or poison something else.

State-triggered entry

Open this mechanism when all of the following are true:

1. a public-facing wound, contradiction, seizure, memorial dispute, oxygen claim, witness leak, route-asset injury, artist boundary, clean-ending dispute, or audience floor breach exists;
2. at least two wording claimants are live: artist/witness, fan public, sponsor, inspector, editor, archive, management, pirate relay, schedule board, or equivalent;
3. a signatory, speaker, seal, editor, sponsor clause, witness, or explicit absence can be assigned;
4. a proof/liability anchor exists or is explicitly absent: source tape, body/voice receipt, fan oxygen row, archive seal, witness payroll row, faction ledger, cutroom checksum, route-asset docket, blackout scar, or public queue;
5. the public statement can change audience stability, public receipt legitimacy, artist trust, sponsor pressure, inspection heat, broadcast reality, route-asset state, or future assignment cost.

No entry is based on fixed turn count.

Core components

• 公开悔过账本 stores harm surface, signatory rows, clause families, proof anchors, omitted claimant, statement state, and future route effect.
• 公开悔过听证 is the assignable rite that chooses speaker, clause, proof, omitted claimant, and broadcast surface.
• 悔过反震破口 fires when a statement is missing, hollow, captured, contradicted, erased, or rejected.

Statement state machine

public_contrition_live	Statement airs and becomes broadcast reality.	At least one relief, one cost, and one future route effect are recorded.
hollow_apology_backlash	Public rejects missing or hollow wording.	Future public receipt, audience floor, or artist route worsens.
contrition_captured_by_claimant	One faction turns the statement into ownership of the harm.	Recovery requires counterproof, rescission, refund, or source release.
contrition_reopened_with_scar	Later correction reopens the statement.	A lost route can return only with preserved debt.

Branch families

Branch A — Artist boundary contrition

The harmed artist, witness, or refusal proof names the wound directly.

Expected outcomes:

• artist_boundary_signed or public_contrition_live;
• artist_trust, mira_consent_integrity, public_receipt_legitimacy, or fan_oxygen_balance improves;
• sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, inspection_heat, witness_exposure, retaliation risk, or route-asset pressure rises;
• future sponsor-safe wording becomes contested.

Branch B — Sponsor-sanitized contrition

Sponsor, manager, settlement text, or stop-loss package controls public regret.

Expected outcomes:

• sponsor_sanitized_text;
• immediate sponsor, schedule, or budget pressure may improve;
• contract_capture, public_receipt_distrust, artist_trust_loss, fan_oxygen_resentment, or future_correction_cost rises;
• backlash is armed if omitted harm remains live.

Branch C — Inspector-sealed admission

Inspector, white-glove, archive seal, or lawful service makes the statement admissible.

Expected outcomes:

• inspector_admission_sealed;
• archive_fraud, reality_drift, custody_gap, or public uncertainty improves;
• inspection_heat, bureau_favor_debt, legal_liability, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, or schedule pressure rises;
• later edit or sponsor cleanup cannot erase the admission without drift debt.

Branch D — Editor-cut contrition

Cutroom/editor/black-box handler makes the statement watchable while hiding, aliasing, or checksumming part of the harm.

Expected outcomes:

• editor_cut_contrition;
• audience_churn, continuity_hazard, or slot legibility improves;
• edit_debt, reality_drift, source_ambiguity, public_receipt_distrust, or future fraud cost rises;
• source release can later challenge the edit.

Branch E — Fan receipt apology

Fan oxygen row, public queue, memorial credit, refund promise, pirate relay, or unauthorized history anchors the apology.

Expected outcomes:

• fan_receipt_attached or public_contrition_live;
• fan_oxygen_balance, public_receipt_legitimacy, audience_stability, or public grief stability improves;
• sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, inspection_heat, fan_oxygen_liability, oxygen_debt, or public queue capture risk rises;
• future fan public can audit whether the promised remedy was paid.

Branch F — Silence or captured narration

No credible speaker signs, proof is missing, the statement is delayed, or another claimant narrates first.

Expected outcomes:

• hollow_apology_backlash, contrition_captured_by_claimant, audience_churn_spiral, or equivalent;
• 悔过反震破口 fires or is recorded;
• at least one future artist, fan, sponsor, drift, or audience-floor branch becomes blocked, costlier, hostile, captured, or recovery-only.

Integration notes

• With 观众稳定性下限, contrition can stabilize attention only when it names a credible harm or proof anchor.
• With 派系承诺账本机制, each claimant must spend finite leverage to own or contest wording.
• With 播出实在漂移, a bad statement can become the public version that later contradicts proof.
• With 追悼权藐视, apology wording can become a memorial right or contempt trigger.
• With Route Assets and Custody, a person or proof object attached to the apology becomes more valuable and more vulnerable.
• With Public Contrition Afteruse Receipt, later sponsor, lawful, public, archive, fan, route, management, or ending readers must preserve the original statement scope before spending it.

Non-goals

• Not a PR minigame.

• Not a fixed-turn press cycle.
• Not a universal audience heal.
• Not a clean retcon button.
• Not satisfied by a text choice alone; signatory, clause, proof anchor, omitted claimant, deltas, and future route effect must all be observable.
