Broadcast Solvency Hearing / 播出偿付听证

Broadcast Solvency Hearing is an assignable rite that resolves contested rows on 播出破产账本. It asks the producer to choose what gets paid, what gets pawned, what is broadcast on credit, and what collapses into default.

The rite is offered only when the ledger has at least two live rows or one live row plus a named collateral object that another active surface needs.

The rite fails as content if it can be filled by a generic money spend without naming creditor, harmed claimant, collateral, and future route effect.

Branches

Pay artist / witness first

Protects performer trust, testimony, or live-body continuity. Costs can include sponsor pressure, edit debt, legal exposure, route asset delay, or public refund shortfall.

Pay editor / proof first

Protects checksum, edit lane, source tape, or continuity patch. Costs can include artist distrust, public distance, archive debt, sponsor retaliation, or fan oxygen resentment.

Accept sponsor bridge

Temporarily restores solvency through sponsor language, naming rights, or stop-loss cover. Costs can include contract capture, public distrust, artist loss, inspector heat, or future clean-ending seizure.

Convert to public debt

Makes the owed object visible as refund, apology, public receipt, fan oxygen queue, or public audit. Costs can include sponsor pressure, schedule scar, witness exposure, and lawful-only conflict.

Pawn route asset or proof

Puts a route asset, master tape, legal seal, public receipt, or facility room at risk. This can keep the broadcast alive while making a route captured, costlier, hostile, or recovery-only.

Broadcast on credit

The show airs while a named creditor remains unpaid. The selected row becomes payable_broadcast_on_credit; a future default narrator is armed unless the row is later discharged with scar.

Controlled cancellation / blackout fold

Cancels, blacks out, or recovery-locks a slot before a false clean broadcast. This protects proof or public truth but raises schedule scar, audience churn, route blockage, and recovery-only pressure.

Let default narrate

If no credible payment, collateral, or public conversion is chosen, 播出破产违约 fires or is recorded.
