Broadcast Insolvency Ledger / 播出破产账本线
Broadcast Insolvency Ledger is a storyline about what happens after the producer keeps too many crises alive by issuing promises. A show may still air, but every saved version has creditors: artist bodies, edit rooms, fan oxygen, sponsor covenants, legal seals, handler recovery time, witness safety, route assets, or schedule slots.
The storyline begins when those creditors collide. It turns management economy into RPG consequence: paying one claimant makes another claimant narrate the debt.
Design role in the mesh
Existing content can already create finite production contention through 制作分诊台, finite correction rows through 更正档期竞拍线, delayed settlement debts through 和解反震账本, and person-cost through 处理人负荷账本.
This storyline binds those surfaces into solvency pressure. It prevents a player from solving every crisis with promises that never become route state.
Broadcast Insolvency Discharge Receipt owns the later closure surface: once an insolvency row is claimed as paid, sealed, released, converted, or discharged, future readers still need source row, creditor, claimant, scar, and route effect before treating capacity as clean.

No fixed turn-count trigger is valid.

no_fixed_turn_trigger: trueExamples of acceptable entry states:
- a triage board saved an artist route while leaving public refund and edit debt unpaid;
- a correction slot aired a public version but displaced lawful clarification and sponsor review;
- a settlement aftershock paused sponsor pressure by pushing fan restitution into the future;
- a handler was overdrawn to protect a source tape and now cannot safely cover a witness payroll row;
- an ending scar exists but the schedule slot needed to make the scar public has been double-sold.
Core loop
- Create or update 播出破产账本 with at least two live rows.
- Offer 播出偿付听证 when rows compete for payment, collateral, proof, or slot capacity.
- Resolve one row through payment, public conversion, sponsor bridge, proof/edit priority, route asset pawn, broadcast-on-credit, controlled cancellation, or default.
- Mutate both the selected row and at least one competing row, collateral object, claimant posture, or route effect.
- Fire or record 播出破产违约 when ignored, underfunded, falsely discharged, or captured debt gains a narrator.
Story beats
Beat A — The invoice stack becomes visible
Multiple promises arrive on the same production desk: an editor will not release checksum, an artist demands recovery time, the sponsor threatens stop-loss, fans demand oxygen refund, and the archive requires lawful proof before the slot can be certified.
The beat is not flavor. It creates ledger rows with creditor, owed object, collateral at risk, harmed claimant, default narrator, and future route effect.
Beat B — Pay one body, lose one version
The player chooses whether to protect artist/witness continuity, editor proof, public receipt, sponsor cover, legal seal, or route asset custody. The chosen row improves; another row becomes delayed, pawned, captured, default-ready, public-only, lawful-only, recovery-only, or blackout-pressure-up.
Beat C — Solvency through capture
A sponsor, inspector, archive, editor, pirate relay, or public queue may rescue the broadcast by paying or narrating first. The show survives, but the rescue grants someone priority over proof, schedule, route assets, or public memory.
Beat D — Broadcast on credit
The slot airs even though a named row remains unpaid. The broadcast is real, but the creditor gains a future default trigger. This is a short-term relief branch with explicit later danger, not clean success.
Beat E — Controlled cancellation
The producer cancels, blackouts, or recovery-locks the slot before a false clean version can air. This can protect proof, harmed claimant, or artist body, but it creates schedule scar, audience churn, public distrust, sponsor retaliation, or recovery-only route access.
Beat F — Insolvency default narrates
If the player hides the ledger, pays the wrong row, omits the harmed claimant, or lacks credible collateral, a default narrator takes the unpaid public version. The event changes broadcast reality and route access.
Branch outcomes
Artist / witness paid first
Relief: artist trust, witness availability, live-body continuity, or refusal route stays usable.
Costs: sponsor pressure, edit debt, public refund delay, legal heat, or route asset exposure.
Editor / proof paid first
Relief: source tape, checksum, continuity patch, or edit lane stays credible.
Costs: artist distrust, public distance, fan resentment, sponsor retaliation, or handler recovery debt.
Sponsor bridge accepted
Relief: immediate slot pressure and budget strain decrease.
Costs: contract capture, clean-ending seizure risk, public distrust, artist distrust, or fan oxygen resentment increases.
Public debt conversion
Relief: fans see the owed object and public legitimacy can rise.
Costs: sponsor pressure, legal heat, witness exposure, oxygen liability, or schedule scar increases.
Route asset pawned
Relief: a threatened broadcast survives.
Costs: route asset becomes captured, costlier, hostile, split, or recovery-only.
Broadcast on credit
Relief: the slot airs now.
Costs: a named creditor gains a future default right and the row remains inspectable.
Cancellation / blackout fold
Relief: false clean broadcast is blocked.
Costs: recovery-only broadcast, schedule scar, audience churn, black-screen pressure, and ending scar pressure rise.
Default narrator takes over
Relief: none, unless the default exposes hidden harm.
Costs: sponsor capture, lawful-only closure, public-only contradiction, pirate takeover, route capture, or recovery-only path.
Required durable state
The storyline should expose durable states equivalent to at least eight of:

Failure states worth preserving
This storyline intentionally preserves replayable failure:
- a clean broadcast can become sponsor-captured;
- a lawful version can become public-only hostile narration;
- a public version can become lawful-only if legal proof is underpaid;
- an editor lien can block source tape routes;
- a handler recovery bill can make future assignment unavailable;
- a route asset pawn can keep a slot alive while making that route recovery-only;
- a controlled blackout can be the honest failure branch.
Non-goals
- Not a balance dashboard.
- Not a generic salary system.
- Not a turn-count escalation.
- Not a bulk content-count route.
- Not a replacement for triage, correction, settlement, handler, ending, or route asset systems; it makes their unpaid promises payable and dangerous.
