Default Recovery Hearing / 默认恢复听证
Default Recovery Hearing chooses how the fixed recovery_only Audience merge scar reaches its later reader. The selected option changes recovery shape; it never recreates or re-decides the original merge/default.

Each slot accepts only its listed card, and every assigned card must be present in hand. No helper, sponsor, archive object, public receipt, or other card may substitute.

Every choice preserves storyteller.event.overmerged_grievance_default.v1#broadcast_reality_false_closure, the caption_user harm, broadcast_stability_relief, paid contradiction/recovery costs, and the caption_log_09 boundary.
Strict failure semantics
The rite fails without resolving and without arming collapse when:
- any assignment is missing;
- a wrong card is substituted into a slot;
- an assigned card is not in hand;
- no explicit choice is supplied;
- the resolved rite is submitted again.
Only a complete first resolution with choice 6 arms default_recovery.default_pending, storyteller.event.default_recovery_collapse.v1.armed, future_route.default_recovery_collapse_pending, and broadcast_reality.false_clean_recovery_claimed. There is no passive expiry or implicit “no answer” default.
Replay proof
lens/replays/default-recovery-triage.convert-public.replay.json assigns all eleven cards and selects choice 2; it ends public_only, requires lawful_appeal_required, and does not trigger the event.
lens/replays/default-recovery-triage.false-recovery-collapse.replay.json assigns the same fixed row and selects choice 6; the armed event then resolves option 3, reader_scope_breach.
Authority boundary
The rite decides only recovery posture for default_recovery.audience_overmerge.09. It does not decide grievance grouping, the original default terminal, public contrition content, proof truth, consent, lawful admissibility, or universal route access.
