Assignment slots: display docket, source slot row, label maintainer, proof anchor or explicit absence, future consumer, harmed reader.

Accepted branch families:

• certify_display_matches_row: confirm that the visible label matches the source row; the next consumer receives a display receipt.
• restore_stale_label: revert a stale available, frozen, blackout, linked, or exempted label before it is spent.
• narrow_display_scope: let one reader trust the label while other readers need addendum or later review.
• publish_display_correction: publish a correction so public, lawful, sponsor, or management readers inherit the scar.
• quarantine_display_cell: block all consumption of the label until the source row is read back.
• delegate_display_authority: assign display authority to release receipt, audit desk, sponsor order, or other named holder with contest terms.
• false_license_display_default: default when a reader spends the label as clean authority while the source row disagrees.
• future_effect_any: a forced main, side contract, correction slot, public recap, lawful filing, sponsor package, route asset, or weekly cycle consumes the display state.

Each constructive branch must carry immediate relief, visible cost, and future route effect. No branch may turn a visible label into universal clean capacity for all readers.
