Memorial Touch-Right Adjudication / 纪念物触碰权裁定

This page binds the existing runtime rite storyteller-rite-37-touch-right-waiver to a seven-card object-level adjudication. The source name is retained for continuity, but the rite does not issue a universal touch waiver. It chooses a disposition for one seized memorial object and leaves every broader authority outside the result.

Entry contract

The rite is state-triggered, non-repeatable, and available only after the exact source spine:

• storyteller-rite-33-artist-refusal-right is complete;
• storyteller-rite-35-thermal-sticker-handprint is complete;
• storyteller-rite-36-seized-sticker-box-hearing is complete;
• all seven exact slot cards are available;
• the rite has not already completed because it is non-repeatable.

Rite 36 also sets storyteller_sticker_box_hearing_called; that is a source-chain readback, not an additional executable Rite 37 condition. The unresolved default is likewise an after-resolution invariant rather than an entry condition.

Rite 36 must remain the source hearing and source of the seized box. Rite 37 must remain a later reader of the refusal, legal-body boundary, contact trace, and contact log. The rite may not open from a fixed turn/day, raw contact count, a relationship value, dashboard state, lens health, or possession of card-storyteller-touch-right-waiver produced by a previous resolution.

Exact seven slots

The runtime rite exposes exactly these slots in this order:

No generic any, tag-only acceptance, hidden slot, virtual card, source touch-right waiver, Qian Yan docket, or anonymous sticker-amnesty operator satisfies an assignment.

Common resolution effects

Every option:

• gains the existing card-storyteller-touch-right-waiver as a record of Rite 37 completion, not as clean permission;
• increments legal_body_pressure by 1;
• sets storyteller_touch_right_waiver_drafted;
• sets memorial_touch_right_adjudication.resolved;
• increments memorialTouchRightAdjudicationProgress by 1 before branch-specific progress.

The gained card cannot override the selected branch, satisfy a missing source assignment retroactively, or be spent as universal touch permission.

Four exact ordered options

Choice 0 — honor withdrawal through scoped silence

The asset scopes/silences the named sticker box for one later reader. It does not let the player, artist, archive, inspector, or fan touch it.

Choice 1 — publish signed object contacts

Publication proves which object-level contact was signed or missing. It grants no consent, license, ownership, or future contact right.

Choice 2 — quarantine contaminated evidence

Quarantine blocks circulation. It is not a custody transfer, ownership ruling, lawful seizure, or finding that the object is dangerous in every context.

Choice 3 — defer with material rows missing

Deferral avoids a false-clean disposition but does not make continued handling safe. The event must remain eligible after Rite 37.

Exclusivity and future-reader invariant

• Exactly one branch flag and one disposition state may be true.
• Only choice 0 grants route_asset.memorial_touch_right_scoped_silence.
• Choices 1, 2, and 3 and the unsafe default must leave that asset absent.
• Every choice writes one exact future-reader requirement.
• Every declared counter delta must have a matching executable effect.
• The common legal-body pressure is a cost/readback, not legal-body authority.

Authority boundary

No option grants consent, memorial license, broadcastability, universal touch permission, legal-body waiver authority, archive ownership/custody, voice custody, seizure/release authority, identity, personhood, death, or cause-of-death.

This rite disposes one object as silent/scoped, publicly logged, quarantined evidence, or materially underfilled. The source systems and named future reader own every broader decision.
