Proof Burden Reassignment Review / 举证负荷再分配复核

Proof Burden Reassignment Review is a management rite for assigning, splitting, escrowing, or refusing the continuing burden attached to a proof object that already produced relief.

The rite is not a trial about whether the proof is real. It is a crisis desk decision about who must keep that proof usable when challenged.

Offer conditions

Offer this rite when 举证负荷案卷 has a concrete row and at least one assignable holder or explicit absence exists.

Required entry evidence:

entry_state:
  proof_burden_docket_row_present: true
  source_relief_named: true
  proof_object_present_or_absence_named: true
  current_holder_named_or_absent: true
  challenger_or_default_pressure_present: true
  affected_route_asset_present: true
  no_fixed_turn_trigger: true

The rite must not be offered because of a fixed numbered turn, content quota, chapter transition, or lens-health state.

Required inputs

A valid review must bind these inputs before resolution:

  • a burden_id from 举证负荷案卷;
  • source proof object or explicit absence;
  • relief supported by that proof;
  • scar or debt already attached to the relief;
  • current holder or explicit absence;
  • challenger/default pressure;
  • affected route asset state before;
  • selected reassignment branch;
  • at least one cost, cover, payment, protection, or explicit refusal.

Branch families

At least five branch families should be available when their inputs exist. They must not collapse into the same output.

Branch A — Return burden to subject or original asset

The player returns proof duty to the subject, original witness, voice holder, memory holder, public ledger owner, or route asset that the proof concerns.

Inputs:

  • subject/original asset present or recoverable;
  • consent/refusal/witness boundary visible;
  • protection, scheduling, or public cost available.

Expected outcome:

selected_branch: subject_or_asset_retained
holder_after: subject | route_asset
route_asset_after: protected | public_only | lawful_only | costlier
relief_any:

  - proof_legibility_up
  - private_capture_blocked
cost_any:
  - schedule_pressure_up
  - protection_cost_up
  - sponsor_stop_loss_pressure_up
  - public_exposure_up

Branch B — Assign to inspector or archive escrow

The player assigns the burden to lawful seal, inspector file, archive custody, or white-glove oath.

Inputs:

  • archive/inspector cover, proof copy, or admissibility route;
  • willingness to accept lawful-only or bureau debt cost.

Expected outcome:

selected_branch: inspector_archive_carried
holder_after: inspector_archive
route_asset_after: lawful_only | protected | costlier | contradiction_pending

  - public_delay_up
  - route_lawful_only

Branch C — Assign to editor or black-box maintenance

The player makes the cutroom, checksum, black-box fragment, source tape, or continuity patch carry the burden.

Inputs:

  • editor/black-box proof or source maintenance available;
  • acceptance of edit/archive debt.

Expected outcome:

selected_branch: editor_black_box_carried
holder_after: editor_black_box
route_asset_after: protected | split_canon | contradiction_pending | costlier

Branch D — Assign to public witness, historian, fan ledger, or pirate relay

The player makes the proof repeatable in public.

Inputs:

  • public witness, fan oxygen receipt, historian note, audience testimony, or pirate relay;
  • protection against retaliation or explicit acceptance of exposure.

Expected outcome:

selected_branch: public_witness_carried
holder_after: public_witness
route_asset_after: public_only | protected | costlier
relief_any:
  - public_receipt_legitimacy_up

Branch E — Assign to Shen Luo, sponsor, or settlement bridge

The player uses manager carriage, contract bridge, sponsor relief, private settlement, or stop-loss structure to keep proof usable.

Inputs:

-沈洛 route state, sponsor cover, settlement offer, or contract bridge;

  • willingness to accept capture, complicity, or public distrust.

Expected outcome:

selected_branch: shen_luo_or_sponsor_carried
holder_after: shen_luo | sponsor
route_asset_after: protected_but_owned | sponsor_only | captured | lawful_only | costlier

Branch F — Assign to production desk

The player keeps the burden inside production instead of giving a faction control.

Inputs:

  • available handler capacity, budget, payroll cover, triage slot, or explicit overdraw acceptance;
  • no stronger holder selected.

Expected outcome:

selected_branch: production_carried
holder_after: production_desk
route_asset_after: costlier | contradiction_pending | recovery_only | protected

Branch G — Split or escrow burden

The player divides the burden between lawful, public, editor, sponsor, subject, or production holders.

Inputs:

  • at least two compatible holders;
  • willingness to accept split-canon, maintenance, or coordination cost.

Expected outcome:

selected_branch: split_or_escrowed
holder_after: split | escrowed
route_asset_after: split_canon | lawful_only | public_only | contradiction_pending
relief_any:
  - false_owner_pressure_down
  - route_access_stability_up
cost_any:
  - source_ambiguity_up
  - coordination_cost_up
  - inspection_heat_up
  - edit_debt_up

Branch H — Refuse, hide, or falsely clean the burden

The player refuses to name a holder, hides the docket, treats authority as proof, or lets immediate relief stand without maintenance.

Expected outcome:

selected_branch: false_clean_or_default
holder_after: none | overdrawn | captured | hostile
route_asset_after: hostile | captured | false_owner | recovery_only | blocked | costlier
emitted_event: storyteller.event.proof_burden_default.v1
cost_any:
  - proof_legibility_down
  - false_owner_pressure_up
  - archive_debt_up
  - future_recovery_cost_up

Resolution contract

Every resolved branch must record:

resolution:
  burden_id: <stable id>
  selected_branch: <branch>
  holder_before: <holder or none>
  holder_after: <holder or none>
  route_asset_before: <state>
  route_asset_after: <state>
  relief:
    - <counter or state improvement>
  cost:
    - <counter or state cost>
  event_seen_or_armed: storyteller.event.proof_burden_default.v1 | none

At least three counters or durable states must change. A clean positive branch without cost is invalid.

Assignment examples

  • A returned fan oxygen receipt defeated sponsor capture. The review assigns public witness burden to a historian note and fan ledger; public legitimacy rises, but sponsor retaliation and witness exposure rise.
  • A black-box checksum preserved a route asset. The review assigns maintenance burden to editor custody; continuity hazard drops, but edit debt and archive debt rise.
  • A consent/refusal row protected an artist boundary. The review returns burden to the subject with protection cost; integrity rises, while schedule and sponsor pressure rise.
  • A sponsor pays to hold proof. Immediate default drops, but the route becomes sponsor-only or protected-but-owned.

Non-goals

  • Not a verdict replay.
  • Not a generic legal audit.
  • Not a fixed-turn upkeep action.
  • Not a free proof-storage action.
  • Not valid unless holder, proof duty, route state, relief, and cost are all visible.
