Qian Yan Thermal First-Touch Review / 钱砚热敏首触复核

storyteller.rite.qian_yan_thermal_first_touch_review.v1 is the character review that occurs after the thermal handprint test and before the seizure counter closes. It turns the source sticker-amnesty materials into Qian Yan state without pretending to issue a license, author consent, assign custody, authorize seizure, or grant future touching.

Entry contract

The review is state-triggered and non-repeatable. It requires:

• storyteller-rite-34-sticker-amnesty-window complete;
• storyteller-rite-35-thermal-sticker-handprint complete;
• the actual card-storyteller-sticker-amnesty-clerk gained and available;
• all ten exact slot cards present;
• Qian Yan’s review unresolved;
• storyteller_sticker_license_counter_closed absent;
• storyteller.event.qian_yan_sticker_counter_seizure_default.v1 unresolved.

The source chronology begins earlier: Rite 31 creates the unlicensed sticker, Rite 32 authorizes the black-box loop, and Rite 33 creates the artist refusal receipt. Rite 36 is the deadline; Rite 37 is a later touch-right reader.

The review must not be offered by fixed turn/day/week, generic counter staffing, ST-SCALE-11 operator recruitment, raw sticker count, or lens/dashboard state.

The runtime rite exposes exactly these slots in this order:

No generic any, tag-only acceptance, virtual card, hidden eleventh slot, or card-storyteller-st-scale-11-memorial-sticker-amnesty-operator substitution satisfies the rite.

Eight ordered options

Choice 0 — recruit

Choice 1 — preserve fan first-touch chain

Choice 3 — split provenance from temporary license

• separately record what the temporary stamp claimed;
• make the future reader consume both rows without treating either as memorial license;

Choice 4 — record forced proxy and reopen applicant

Choice 7 — let seizure close the counter

Retention and route-asset invariant

• Choices 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 retain Qian Yan.
• Choices 5, 6, and 7 lose Qian Yan.
• Only choice 0 grants route_asset.qian_yan_temporary_license_counterwitness.
• The route asset must be absent after every other choice and after natural Rite 36 miss.
• Every option writes distinct Qian Yan state, provenance state, relief, cost, and future-reader effect.

Temporary stamp and proxy readback

Every resolved branch must leave these independently readable:

Rite 36 and default handshake

Rite 36 remains the source seizure hearing. It does not become part of Qian Yan’s authority. If it completes while the review is unresolved, the natural miss replay must resolve the seizure default and leave Qian Yan lost, the route asset absent, and recovery-only state visible.

If choices 0 through 6 already resolved, Rite 36 may later read the scoped result but cannot overwrite the branch with a clean generic seizure outcome.

Rite 37 future-reader boundary

Rite 37 owns the later touch-right waiver. It may read the first-touch, refusal, applicant/proxy, and seizure rows. Qian Yan’s review does not decide who may touch, whether a waiver is valid, whether a living artist consented, or whether a memorial object has legal status.

ST-SCALE-11 boundary

The anonymous ST-SCALE-11 sticker-amnesty operator is a generic legacy worker row. Its intake/hearing/verdict/enforcement chain may run independently, but it cannot occupy the exact qian_yan slot, inherit Qian Yan state, satisfy a focused replay, or grant her route asset.

Forbidden authority and counters

No option may grant memorial license, artist/fan consent, voice/archive custody, archive ownership, identity/personhood/death, legal-body waiver, seizure authority, or universal touch permission.

No option may mutate:

• memorial_license_status;
• voice_integrity;
• archive_signature_legitimacy;
• legal_body_pressure.

Allowed character pressure remains scoped to Qian Yan progress, fan_witness_custody, license_mercy, audit_heat, archive_contamination, recovery cost, and future route cost.
