Witness Reliability Rehearing / 证词可靠性复听

Witness Reliability Rehearing is the management rite that reviews whether an already accepted testimony row can still be used by a later route after witness state changed.

It exists to prevent proof once accepted from becoming a permanent universal key. The rite forces the player to spend a handler, proof bridge, correction surface, or quarantine when a future reader tries to consume a testimony row affected by recantation, narrowing, capture, coercion, disappearance, or hostile counterstatement.

The rite fails if a famous character, public mood, sponsor payment, archive stamp, or old proof id resolves reliance without these slots.

Exit contract

Every non-default branch must mutate at least three surfaces:
