Caption Latency Debt / 字幕延迟债线

A caption row can arrive late enough that a reader relied on the wrong broadcast reality. The debt is not solved by publishing any caption; it must preserve which caption row was late or edited, who relied on it, what proof bridge exists, and which future route consumes the repair.

Playable pressure

• A live, mirror, archive, sponsor, lawful, fan-public, or editor-checksum surface creates reliance.
• The caption is late, altered, sponsor-safe, lawful-only, missing, or split.
• A harmed reader asks for repair before a future route consumes the caption state.
