Bound character: 稳播精算师.

梁雾 is the Broadcast Clearance Desk actuary who decides whether a public version is stable enough to keep airing. Her route converts corporate entertainment stability into a custody branch: the player can protect the rate table, let a sponsor own it, freeze it under inspection, smooth it through edit continuity, recruit it as a route asset, suppress it, or abandon it until it becomes hostile evidence.

Gap this storyline fills

The current corpus already has strong broad surfaces for Audience Stability Floor Storyline and 播出实在漂移审计. The remaining playable gap is the desk-level actor who turns those surfaces into corporate route consequences.

Without 梁雾, sponsor clean patches, editor smoothing, inspector holds, and public receipt floors can resolve as abstract branch labels. With 梁雾, each branch must answer: who signed the stability quote, who owns the premium, and what happens when the quote is wrong?

Primary playable question

When a version is watchable but not safely true, who prices its survival: public table, sponsor rate card, inspector hold, editor smoothing, protected actuary, or nobody?

Every answer stabilizes one surface and damages another.

Beat 1 — The table appears

A stability quote becomes visible through 稳播清算案卷.

Playable output:

• public version and stability explanation are named;
• claimant surfaces are visible;
• 梁雾 state before is recorded;
• default risk is clear: churn spiral, sponsor capture, inspection hold, blackout reprice, or false stability owner.

Beat 2 — The player chooses who prices reality

The player assigns 稳播清算听证.

Assignable slots must include:

Beat 4 — The version mutates future play

A branch is valid only if the public version changes future routes. Possible effects:

• public table required for later correction;
• sponsor-only use;
• lawful-only release;
• checksum or editor reveal required;
• future clearance cost reduced by recruited witness;
• blackout recovery required;
• public receipt legitimacy rises but sponsor pressure worsens;
• audience churn is delayed but escrow debt hardens.

Beat 5 — Repricing if underfilled or suppressed

If the hearing is underfilled, table suppressed, sponsor-owned while public receipt remains live, or editor-smoothed while contradiction is unfiled, 清算台重估 fires or is armed.

It must change the quote, 梁雾 state, future route effect, and at least three counters or durable states.

Missability and recovery

梁雾 is missable when the player lets a sponsor, inspector, editor, or management desk file the rate table before she is protected, or repeatedly suppresses her calculations to keep a slot alive.

Recovery is allowed only at higher cost:

• public table recovery increases sponsor pressure and exposure;
• inspector recovery increases schedule hold and inspection heat;
• sponsor recovery increases contract capture and public distrust;
• editor recovery increases edit debt and later drift cost;
• blackout recovery consumes route-specific clearance support.
