Ming Ke Board-Order Witness / 鸣柯董事会到件顺序见证线

This character storyline turns the existing card-storyteller-ming-ke promise into a reachable person-state inside the executable continuity-docket chain. Its narrow question is:

When several continuity versions can become history, who made one named docket reach the Seventh Dome board first, what was displaced, and who must read that ordering later without confusing it with truth?

Why this was a real gap

The source card already declared Rite 21 as Ming Ke’s first encounter, storyteller_mingke_route_available as the route window, storyteller_mingke_route_blocked as the miss, and courier_trust, docket_priority, and board_attention as character counters. None of those flags or counters had a producer, and no character storyline or lens observed recruitment, independence, capture, hostility, or miss.

Rite 21 already requires the audit seal and creates the continuity docket. That makes Ming Ke source-backed without inventing a badge, generic delivery job, or detached subsystem.

Not a generic courier storyline

This packet does not decide destination, lawful receiver, first custody, service completion, omitted-reader notice, or permission to deliver. It records one board-arrival sequence:

• the named audit seal and continuity docket;
• dispatch and arrival timestamps;
• the queue position and first-read selection rule;
• the displaced or later docket, or its explicit absence;
• one named downstream reader.

Those facts remain provenance even when the company captures Ming Ke or the review is missed.

Ordered source chain

1. storyteller-rite-20-second-chapter-briefing opens the second chapter.
2. storyteller-event-17-archive-silence leaves the white-glove office holding the public channel.
3. storyteller-rite-21-continuity-docket requires Han Yanshuang and the audit seal, gains the continuity docket, then gains actual Ming Ke plus two focused cards and opens the route window.
4. The player may resolve storyteller.rite.ming_ke_board_order_review.v1 through one of four dispositions.
5. If storyteller-rite-22-three-safe-versions completes first, storyteller.event.ming_ke_docket_priority_default.v1 records a natural miss.

Consequences provide graph ordering, while the review and default enforce reachability through source flags, cards, counters, and completion state.

All five must be held and assigned. A generic courier, receipt, board screenshot, continuity card, or virtual slot cannot substitute.

Each option changes five explicit counters and writes a distinct future-reader effect. Only choice 0 sets ming_ke.recruited or route_asset.ming_ke_board_order_witness.

Natural miss

The route window and default are armed by Rite 21. Completing the review closes both. If Rite 22 completes while they remain open, the default:

• removes actual Ming Ke;
• sets storyteller_mingke_route_blocked and the focused failure flag;
• preserves storyteller.card.ming_ke_named_board_reader.v1;
• gains storyteller.card.ming_ke_late_board_order_counterclaim.v1;
• records natural_miss_recovery_only and visible recovery cost;
• never creates the route asset.

The late counterclaim proves only that order was disputed and recovery is owed. It cannot reconstruct a missing docket or retroactively establish official priority.

Counter contract

Rite 21 seeds courier_trust, docket_priority, and board_attention. Resolution advances mingKeBoardOrderProgress. Branches may also move public_accountability, audit_patience, audit_heat, company_control, witness_hostility, continuity_instability, recovery_cost, and futureRouteCost.

No option or default may mutate continuity_authority, archive_custody, board_approval, signature_authority, consent_authority, or personhood_status.

Route-asset boundary

The recruited asset permits one named readback of one Rite 21 seal/docket handoff, dispatch time, arrival time, queue position, and displaced/later row. It grants no archive truth, board approval, custody, consent, identity/personhood, signature authority, company access, first-custody decision, universal delivery permission, or clean proof.

All five must be deterministic game-CLI exports under source: storyteller and preserve the source Rite 21 result, the board-arrival-order authority boundary, and route-asset exclusivity. Choices 0 through 3 must use the exact five-card review assignment; natural miss must prove the unresolved Rite 22 deadline rather than selecting a review disposition.

Non-goals

• No generic courier, delivery, receiving, first-custody, or stay-service wrapper.
• No agenda-setting or power to choose the official history.
• No archive truth, approval, custody, consent, identity/personhood, signature, or continuity adjudication.
