Claimant Stamp Reassignment
When the claimant queue is crowded, a desk stamp can move faster than the person it names. A sponsor courier, family proxy, archive clerk, and future-reader advocate all ask for the same authenticated claimant stamp to be placed on different proof surfaces.
The pressure is not that the office owns too few stamps. The playable pressure is that one stamp impression becomes a route asset: it can certify who is allowed to receive notice, who can speak for a missing claimant, and which future reader inherits the scar when the stamp is moved.
Playable surface
- the source claimant row must be visible before the stamp can move;
- the stamp impression has a current holder, requested holder, and protected absent holder;
- reassignment must name who benefits, who is omitted, and which future route consumes the stamped state;
- a false-clean default exists when the player treats a reassigned stamp as universal consent.
Branch pressure
Accepted routes include preserving the original stamp, stamping a proxy notice, splitting an addendum, publishing the reassignment, quarantining the stamp pad, converting the stamp into route debt, or letting the false-clean default capture the absent holder.
Downstream afteruse
When a later desk tries to cite an old moved stamp as clean sponsor, archive, lawful, public, route-asset, management, recovery, or ending proof, Claimant Stamp Afteruse Receipt must preserve the source stamp row, holder scope, harmed claimant, proof bridge, and future effect.
