A performer thinks the feed is dead. A sponsor lawyer answers anyway. The open microphone catches enough of the off-air bargaining to make the broadcast contract legible, but not enough to prove every future use cleanly.
The playable pressure is not whether the clip exists. It is who gets to read it next: public fans, a lawful annex, the sponsor package desk, a cutroom checksum, an inspector quarantine, or a split escrow table. Each route changes a future reader and creates a cost surface.
The fragment is valuable because it carries contradiction: it may protect an artist boundary, expose a sponsor promise, or poison a future route if filed as universal proof.
Downstream split-table handoff
The split_escrow_table branch has one concrete second-hop consumer: Standby Mic Afteruse Receipt. The parent review materializes row hot-mic.fragment.afterstage-14 from the sponsor-safe rehearsal after the closing slate, preserves captured sponsor counsel and the reader partitions, and answers who may read that row.
The child does not reopen listener scope. It begins only when HaloAir asks Mina Cut to relabel the readable counsel fragment as authority over asset.lyra_voiceprint through card.voice_rights_token, and answers the separate question whether readable source evidence may authorize a different target voice. No Hot-Mic branch other than split_escrow_table opens that child.
