Standby Mic Afteruse Receipt

This is a second-hop child of Hot Mic Escrow, not another listener-scope review.

The parent review has already answered who may read the off-air fragment. Only its split_escrow_table branch may materialize the named row hot-mic.fragment.afterstage-14: sponsor counsel was captured during a sponsor-safe rehearsal after the closing slate, and the split table preserves separate public, lawful, sponsor, and artist-boundary readings.

The child pressure begins when sponsor.haloair asks editor.mina_cut to relabel that readable counsel fragment as clean authority to place asset.lyra_voiceprint on a recap surface backed by card.voice_rights_token. Readability is already settled; voice identity and consent are not. The player decides whether the source row may cross that second boundary.

State-triggered entry

The storyline is reachable only when all of these are true:

• the parent Hot-Mic Escrow review resolved split_escrow_table;
• the split table materialized hot-mic.fragment.afterstage-14 as the source row;
• the source circumstance remains “sponsor-safe rehearsal after closing slate”;
• the captured speaker remains sponsor counsel, not Lyra Ashen;
• sponsor.haloair presents a target claim involving asset.lyra_voiceprint and card.voice_rights_token;
• editor.mina_cut is the named future reader or her explicit absence is recorded;
• no standby-mic afteruse disposition has already resolved.

A fixed turn, a raw microphone count, dashboard state, lens health, or possession of five generic starter cards is not an entry condition.

Four beats

Beat 1 — The split row arrives

The parent split_escrow_table branch produces the exact source row. Its source fragment, rehearsal window, captured counsel, previously selected reader scope, harmed artist boundary, and proof bridge remain visible. Other Hot-Mic branches do not silently open this child.

Beat 2 — HaloAir changes the claim

HaloAir proposes a recap card that treats the readable off-air fragment as if it were Lyra’s performer-voice consent. Mina places the source row beside asset.lyra_voiceprint and card.voice_rights_token. The changed claim must be explicit: counsel’s off-air promise is being promoted into authority over a different voice asset.

Beat 3 — The five-row review

The player assigns the exact afteruse docket, parent source-check receipt, target voice claim, speaker record, and future-route reader. The review then chooses one of five non-equivalent dispositions.

Beat 4 — Future reader or repair

Clean branches leave Mina a bounded receipt that states what she may read and what she still may not infer. The false branch arms False Standby Mic Afteruse Default. Its resolution must clear every pending trigger while preserving one durable result: retained false release, mandatory voice-use notice, or recovery-only restoration of the speaker/voice boundary.

Adjacency boundaries

• Front Row Mic Check Afteruse Receipt owns listener selection, harmed-listener visibility, and the proof bridge that makes the source fragment readable.
• This child owns only the second-hop relabelling question: whether that readable source fragment can authorize a different target broadcast voice.
• sponsor.haloair may request or pressure; it does not gain immunity or consent authority.
• editor.mina_cut may read, split, delay, or attach a scoped receipt; she does not gain universal final-cut or casting authority.
• asset.lyra_voiceprint remains distinct from captured sponsor counsel.
• card.voice_rights_token is a rights surface, not self-proving consent, archive ownership, or route-asset voice transfer.

Coverage expectation

The bound lens must prove the parent split_escrow_table handoff, exact five-slot enforcement, reachability of all five review branches, three default-event outcomes with pending-flag cleanup, Storyteller-only authority boundaries, and a lens-scoped gameplay replay. The existing focused runtime test is the branch oracle; the replay is durable evidence for the false-default path.
