Reader Waiver Service Load

Reader Waiver Service Load starts when a completed reader waiver is brought back as if it clears a later broadcast route. The player must decide whether the waiver was actually served to the future reader, whether the source boundary still applies, and what scar remains if the route uses it anyway.

Playable pressure: a sponsor desk wants to treat an old accessibility, caption, quiet-room, voice, recap, or route waiver as universal clearance for a faster route asset. Archive staff can show a carrier, but the affected reader may be different from the original waiver subject.

The scene is about service load, not raw waiver volume. A waiver can authorize only the surface it names, and later use must carry service proof, explicit absence, cost, or a default scar.

Why This Is Not Already Covered

  • Waiver Stamp Chain-of-Custody proves who held the stamp and what scope was signed. This storyline covers later route service when that proved row is reused.
  • Caption Translation Waiver Mismatch catches language and translation mismatch at the caption row. This storyline catches later reader/route reuse after the waiver has already entered inventory.
  • Consent Window Expiry Receipt covers elapsed consent windows. This storyline covers whether a still-cited waiver was ever served to the future reader who now bears the route cost.
  • Rebuttal Notice Afteruse Receipt covers notice afteruse. This packet stays on waiver service: source waiver, service carrier, protected boundary, and future route effect.

Playable Question

When a later route tries to spend an old reader waiver, does the player certify narrow service, serve a new reader notice, split the future reader from the source waiver, escrow the carrier, convert the route to waiver debt, quarantine reuse, or let an under-service default harden?

Every answer must name the source waiver row, source surface, original waived reader or explicit absence, future reader or route, requested reuse, service carrier or explicit absence, protected boundary or explicit absence, selected posture, future route effect, and counter deltas.

The entry is invalid if it opens because a calendar tick arrived, a raw waiver counter crossed a threshold, or a dashboard/lens-health state changed. It opens only when a future reader or route attempts to consume an already-existing waiver as clean authority.

Storyline Spine

Beat 1 - The old waiver is cited

The sponsor, archive desk, public recap lane, lawful reader, memorial route, route-loadout handler, or broadcast-reality reader asks to spend a prior waiver as if it were universal clearance.

The player receives Reader Waiver Service Docket. The docket records source waiver row, source surface, original reader or explicit absence, future reader/route, requested reuse, carrier state, protected boundary, selected posture, future route effect, and counter deltas.

Beat 2 - The future reader is not the source reader

The old waiver might be legitimate for late-night captions, quiet-room filming, sponsor silence, access delay, or a narrow route cut. That does not make it clean authority for a new reader cohort, route asset, public recap, archive voice claim, or ending gate.

Beat 3 - The player chooses service posture

The player opens Reader Waiver Service Review and assigns the docket, source row, source surface, original reader, future reader, requested reuse, service carrier, protected boundary, posture, and future route effect.

Beat 4 - Cost follows the route

Every constructive branch preserves the source waiver row but changes who can rely on it. The route might proceed with a narrow scar, wait for fresh service, split the future reader out, hold the carrier in escrow, carry waiver debt, or require substitute consent.

Beat 5 - Under-service hardens

If the route uses the waiver as clean universal clearance without service, Waiver Under-Service Default records a durable contest scar for future play.

Failure Contract

The packet fails if it collapses source waiver, original reader, future reader, carrier, protected boundary, and route effect into a generic waived flag. It also fails if a route can spend the waiver without at least three visible counter movements and a future reader effect.
