Silent Ambulance Checkpoint Counterlog / 静音救护车停靠点反记录线
This storyline makes the Ward 06 silent-ambulance route legible before Ward 07 opens. It records dispatch origin, checkpoint order, a purchased or absent camera segment, edit-garage intake, hospital arrival or explicit absence, and one named future reader. Its authority is route custody only: it never turns a vehicle trace into patient, medical, consent, legal, ownership, or future-use authority.

The exact two in-hand assignments cannot be replaced by generic evidence. Ward 05 supplies a resolved living-witness docket; Ward 06 consumes that docket as upstream provenance and does not rewrite what any living witness said or experienced.
Ward 06 has two source choices:

Both choices gain the actual card-storyteller-silent-ambulance-log and the exact eleven-card non-scar packet. They also set ambulance.source.ward06_reconstruction_completed, open the focused review, and leave the same pending triple:

Only the split branch grants route_asset.silent_ambulance_checkpoint_counterlog. The first three choices are terminal dispositions and clear the pending triple. Deferral deliberately retains all three pending flags so the natural deadline remains reachable.
Ward 07 deadline and default
storyteller-rite-ward-07-consent-stamp-audit is the exact deadline. It sets ambulance.ward07_deadline_passed and lists storyteller.event.edit_garage_first_route_default.v1 before Ward 08 in its consequence order. Ward 07 does not validate ambulance route or patient facts.
If Ward 06 and Ward 07 are complete while the exact pending triple remains, the event supplies three terminal defaults:

Every default clears review and pending residue, removes all posture cards, clears the route asset, closes the route window, and gains the default scar. The third branch is cooperative late recovery, but it still does not recover the clean route asset.
Authority and strict non-overlap
This lane may record only checkpoint order and timestamp, dispatch origin, camera-purchase gap or explicit absence, edit-garage intake, hospital arrival or explicit absence, a named future reader, and the separation of patient transport from footage custody.
It cannot identify a patient; establish diagnosis, medical necessity, route cause, or vehicle contents; grant treatment, sedation, family, voice, image, or archive consent; issue a body or death finding; grant archive, memorial, or footage ownership; validate sponsor, audit, hospital, or garage legality; choose the Ward 07 stamp result; choose the Ward 12 transfer route; or grant broadcast and future-reuse permission.
- oxygen-mask-choir-living-witness owns the living-witness testimony consumed by the Ward 06 gate.
- waiver-stamp-chain-of-custody owns stamp custody and validity; a named Ward 07 reader cannot validate the stamp.
- breach-ward-three-route-transfer owns the later Ward 12 transfer choice.
- offstation-receiving-gate-counterreceipt owns the receiving-gate handoff after transfer.
- stale-dispatch-afteruse-receipt owns later reuse of stale dispatch material; this storyline creates the current source route record.
- emergency-power-priority owns load and power allocation; no branch here allocates power.
