Catalog Clearance Docket / 曲库清算案卷

Catalog Clearance Docket is the card opened when a song, chorus, old hit, rehearsal take, fan chant, sponsor jingle, memorial refrain, or live-vocal master is useful enough to solve a broadcast problem but not clean enough to perform, clip, replay, sell, or export without naming rights conflicts.

The docket treats a song as a route asset with separate lanes. A work can be valid for one lane and poisoned in another. A live performance right does not prove master custody. Sponsor naming does not prove lyric authority. Fan memory does not prove artist consent. Archive proof does not prove public singalong scope.

Card promise

A valid docket must show:

  • the work or catalog row being used;
  • the intended use surface;
  • every relevant rights lane and whether it is cleared, disputed, missing, captured, refused, or explicit absence;
  • the claimant who benefits from treating the song as clean;
  • the reader, performer, or fan group harmed by that clean claim;
  • the selected clearance posture;
  • the future route, replay, recap, slot, or ending surface that will consume the result.

The card is invalid if it records only song licensed, old hit selected, copyright cleared, fan favorite, sponsor approved, or safe for broadcast.

Valid entry examples

Use this docket when:

  • an old song can stabilize audience pressure but its master or lyric lane is disputed;
  • a sponsor wants a clean chorus from a song whose public memory belongs to fans or a witness chain;
  • a rehearsal take leaks and becomes the only usable proof of live voice;
  • a memorial refrain borrows a song whose performer refused memory use;
  • a mirror relay or regional feed wants a chorus outside its territorial scope;
  • a substitute voice can sing the song but not inherit the original persona lane;
  • a fan singalong can keep oxygen or public stability alive while creating archive or sponsor contempt;
  • a recap clip relies on a song fragment whose clearance does not travel with the clip.

Invalid entries include generic playlist choice, popularity ranking, pure flavor performance, fixed chapter beat, raw count of songs, or any song choice that no future reader will consume.

Branch memory

Every resolution must leave branch memory:

branch_memory_required:
  docket_id: storyteller.card.catalog_clearance_docket.v1
  work_id: <work id>
  selected_posture: <posture>
  missing_or_conflicted_lane: <lane>
  claimant_privileged_after: <claimant or split>
  claimant_harmed_after: <claimant or explicit_absence>
  catalog_state_after: <state>
  future_reader_or_route: <reader route or explicit_absence>
  future_route_effect: <effect>
  counter_deltas:
    relief: []
    cost: []
    future: []

Counter surfaces

Expected deltas include setlist_legibility, audience_stability, fan_oxygen_balance, public_memory_legitimacy, artist_refusal_integrity, voice_integrity, master_custody_integrity, sponsor_stop_loss_pressure, contract_capture, archive_signature_legitimacy, mirror_relay_contempt, edit_debt, route_asset_integrity, and future_reader_acceptance.

A branch must mutate at least one relief surface, one cost surface, and one future reader or route surface.
