Catalog Claim Split / 曲库认领分裂机制
Catalog Claim Split prevents a song selection from becoming a clean management shortcut just because one desk can say the work is usable.
Storyteller already has strong surfaces for voice custody, memorial rights, broadcast contracts, asset provenance, capacity liability, and recap drift. The missing executable layer is the idol-game core: a setlist row can carry multiple incompatible rights at once. A song can be legal to perform but not safe to clip; nostalgic enough to save fan oxygen but not clear for sponsor makegood; archived as a master but refused by the artist; usable in the main feed but off-license in a mirror relay.
This mechanism treats each song, chorus, live-vocal master, rehearsal take, fan chant, memorial refrain, or sponsor jingle as a route asset with split claim lanes.
Design promise
A passing implementation proves that catalog use is not binary. Every song used to solve pressure must expose:
- the work row and source proof;
- the intended use surface;
- the relevant rights lanes;
- the lane that is missing, scoped, disputed, captured, refused, or explicit absence;
- the false-clean beneficiary;
- the harmed reader or claimant;
- the chosen clearance posture;
- the future route, replay, recap, slot, mirror reader, or ending surface that consumes the result.
The mechanism fails if it turns song choice into flavor, popularity, a raw licensing fee, or a generic good/bad copyright check.

Rights lanes
The canonical state row is 曲库清算案卷.
rights_lanes:
performance_right_state: cleared | scoped | disputed | missing | captured | refused | explicit_absence
master_custody_state: cleared | scoped | disputed | missing | captured | quarantined | explicit_absence

Playable operations
| Operation | Immediate relief | Required scar |
|---|---|---|
| Scoped clearance | song can air in a bounded surface | later clip, mirror, replay, or sponsor use must re-read scope |
| Cut or rewrite | missing lane is removed | edit debt, audience distrust, or fan memory loss rises |
| Substitute work | pressure moves to another song or chant | setlist legibility, rehearsal readiness, or performer trust changes |
| Public singalong bond | fan/public memory carries the song | sponsor, archive, or inspection pressure rises |
| Sponsor buyout | sponsor pressure falls | contract capture and public memory distrust rise |
| Archive injunction | custody is protected | audience, fan oxygen, schedule, or sponsor pressure worsens |
| Pirate or fan bridge | unauthorized public memory keeps the slot alive | relay, inspection, and recovery-only risk rise |
| Quarantine song | false clean broadcast is blocked | route, slot, morale, or schedule pressure rises |
| Unlicensed default | fastest desk files the song as clean | durable false-clean catalog scar is created |
Transition rules
1. One cleared lane does not clear the catalog
Performance permission cannot stand in for master custody, lyric arrangement, sponsor scope, public memory, voice/persona, mirror territory, or route-asset scope.
2. Setlist relief must create future reading state
If song use improves audience stability, fan oxygen, sponsor pressure, slot pressure, or performer readiness, it must also mutate a future route, replay capsule, recap slip, mirror relay, route asset, or ending scar.
3. Public memory is a claimant, not a decoration
Fan chants, nostalgia, witness-held songs, memorial refrains, and pirate singalongs can save the show, but they must be able to block sponsor capture, raise inspection heat, or make a future public audit required.
4. Substitute voice does not inherit persona scope
A substitute performer, synthetic voice, edit patch, or crowd singalong can satisfy the sound surface while still failing persona, refusal, public memory, or master custody lanes.
5. Off-scope reuse is a new claim
A catalog row cleared for live air is not automatically cleared for recap clipping, mirror relay, sponsor makegood, replay export, fan token proof, memorial air, or route-asset bridge.
6. Later-reader afteruse is its own receipt
Catalog Clearance Afteruse Receipt owns the moment after this mechanism resolves, when another reader tries to spend the catalog result outside its original scope.
The source catalog row remains true, but later readers must prove what travels: source work, original cleared use, catalog state, requested afteruse, harmed or excluded reader, proof bridge, after-state, and future route effect.
Default rule
An unlicensed catalog default must fire or arm when a song is aired, clipped, relayed, exported, or used as proof while a relevant lane is hidden, wrongly implied, or contradicted.
The default must mutate at least three surfaces: one immediate relief/capture, one cost, and one future route or reader effect.

The mechanism fails if a setlist row is only a mood buff, if a song is treated as cleared because one license exists, if an old hit becomes sponsor-safe without public memory cost, if a substitute voice inherits original persona scope, if a mirror relay inherits live-air clearance automatically, if a fan chant has no claimant power, or if the only consequence is money spent.
