Counter-Broadcast Custody Docket / 反播羁押案卷

Counter-Broadcast Custody Docket is the card that turns a reply-feed, pirate relay, public receipt, or black-box countercut into a custody question.

The docket must exist before a counter-broadcast can be licensed, suppressed, split, or converted into a route asset. It records who is trying to answer the official version, what proof they carry, who can legally check the answer, whether an artist refusal blocks replay, and which future reader will inherit the result.

Entry rule

Create or refresh this card when:

• a prior archive, memorial, fan oxygen, sponsor, pirate-loop, or black-box consequence is visible;
• an official broadcast or contested version is visible;
• a counter-broadcast actor is visible or explicitly absent;
• a legal or managerial check is visible or explicitly absent;
• a proof object is visible or explicitly absent;
• a harmed or excluded reader can consume the result later;
• ignoring the row arms Counter-Broadcast False Owner Default.

Do not create it from a fixed turn count, calendar interval, raw counter count, dashboard state, or lens health.

Valid row examples

• Baiya stabilizes a machine countercut, but the row keeps black-box edit debt and the proof checksum visible.
• Yu Lan converts a suppressed feed into a public receipt, raising inspector heat and keeping future lawful annex costs alive.
• Ai Sheng carries the answer through a pirate relay, creating fan reach and pirate-loop exposure in the same row.
• Han Yanshuang licenses the answer under continuity law, but the future reader remains lawful-only until public addendum.
• Shen Luo suppresses a feed, but the row arms a leak or artist refusal violation instead of deleting the counter-broadcast.

Non-goals

• Not a generic evidence log.
• Not a raw media meter.
• Not valid if future reader effect is blank.
• Not valid if artist refusal is ignored when the refusal receipt is present.
