Counter-Broadcast Custody Fork / 反播羁押分岔机制

Counter-Broadcast Custody Fork is the rule that decides who may answer an official broadcast, how that answer becomes evidence, and which future reader inherits the cost.

A counter-broadcast is not automatically true because it reached the crowd, and it is not automatically false because management suppresses it. It becomes playable when the system can name the actor, the legal or managerial check, the proof object, the artist refusal boundary, and the route or reader that will later consume the answer.

Entry contract

Create the fork only from visible state pressure:

Valid aftermath pressure includes archive custody dispute, memorial route pressure, fan oxygen audit pressure, sponsor oxygen freeze, black-box custody dispute, pirate relay exposure, or an official broadcast that contradicts a known proof chain.

Required separations

Every active fork must keep these fields separate:

• official version - the broadcast, sponsor copy, route recap, or archive statement being answered.
• actor - Baiya, Yu Lan, Ai Sheng, or an explicit absence of a counter-broadcast actor.
• legal check - Han Yanshuang, Shen Luo, temporary license, continuity law, sponsor/legal review, or explicit absence.
• proof object - black-box fragment, artist refusal receipt, fan oxygen proof, audience testimony, custody signature, or explicit absence.
• artist refusal state - respected, violated, absent, or pending.
• future reader - route, sponsor desk, archive, public table, fan oxygen audit, lawful reader, or recovery-only reader.

The fork fails if it stores only counter broadcast yes, feed suppressed, licensed clean, or public truth.

suppress_feed

The player blocks the feed through sponsor, legal, security, white-glove, or manager pressure.

route_asset_counterline

The player lets Yu Lan, Baiya, Ai Sheng, or a public receipt preserve the counter-broadcast outside official custody.

split_custody

The player splits official custody from public receipt custody.

artist_refusal_block

The player cannot replay or quote an artist memory because the refusal receipt is active.

Modern observability packet

The current packet makes the rule inspectable:

• Counter-Broadcast Custody Docket records the official version, aftermath pressure, actor, legal check, proof object, artist refusal state, selected posture, future reader, and default risk.
• Counter-Broadcast Custody Hearing resolves licensed continuity, suppression, public receipt, route asset, refusal block, and false-owner default branches.
• Counter-Broadcast False Owner Default arms when a counter-broadcast is hidden, misassigned, consumed by the wrong reader, or treated as clean without custody.
• Counter-Broadcast Custody Fork Lens verifies that the fork is state-triggered, branch-divergent, and future-costed.

Non-goals

• Not a generic media leak.
• Not a fixed turn-52 scene.
• Not a dashboard health check.
• Not a free way to clear sponsor, archive, fan, and inspection pressure.
• Not valid unless the answer remains readable by a named future reader.
