Counter-Broadcast Custody Fork Storyline / 反播羁押分岔线

Counter-Broadcast Custody Fork is the aftermath storyline for the moment an official broadcast is answered by a pirate relay, public receipt, black-box cut, or unauthorized counterline.

The older draft identified the useful gap: the archive already knows how to store evidence, the fan oxygen system already knows how to price public breath, and the broadcast slot system already knows that reality can be edited. The missing playable slice is who may answer an official version, who is allowed to own that answer, and what happens when a later reader consumes it.

This packet binds that slice into concrete content:

The older Turn 52 Counter-Broadcast Custody Fork Lens remains related replay-shape evidence. This canonical lens observes the durable wiki contract.

Playable question

When a counter-broadcast contradicts the official version, who can make that answer citeable?

The player can:

  • license the answer as emergency continuity evidence;
  • suppress the feed and accept leak, refusal, or fan oxygen cost;
  • publish it as a public receipt counterline;
  • convert it into a hostile or recruitable route asset;
  • split archive custody from public receipt custody;
  • respect an artist refusal and block replay;
  • underfill the docket and trigger a false-owner default.

No branch may make the counter-broadcast clean for sponsor, lawful reader, archive, public table, fan oxygen audit, pirate loop, cutroom, and route assets at once.

Primary actors and proof

Storyline spine

Beat 1 - Official version is contested

An official recap, sponsor copy, archive statement, route recap, memorial broadcast, or black-box cut is contradicted by a counter-broadcast.

The contradiction must not be a clean media leak. It must name the future reader that will later rely on the answer: sponsor, lawful reader, archive, public table, fan oxygen audit, memorial route, cutroom, pirate loop, route asset, or recovery reader.

Beat 2 - Docket opens

Create or refresh Counter-Broadcast Custody Docket.

  counter_broadcast_actor_or_absence: <actor or explicit_absence>

  future_reader_or_route: <future consumer or explicit_absence>
  false_owner_default_risk: <risk or explicit_absence>

The docket fails if it stores only “reply exists”, “feed blocked”, or “public truth”.

Beat 3 - Hearing assigns custody

Run Counter-Broadcast Custody Hearing.

The hearing must choose one custody posture:

BranchImmediate reliefCost/scarFuture state
license_as_continuitysignature legitimacy or custody improvesinspection heat, lawful-only scope, fan pressurecontinuity license or public addendum needed
suppress_feedsponsor or pirate shock fallsleak, refusal violation risk, fan oxygen disputehostile leak, sponsor-only, or recovery route

Beat 4 - Future reader consumes the answer

The result must mutate later play. A licensed answer can become citeable but lawful-only. A suppressed answer can leak. A public receipt can block false canon but raise inspection heat. A route asset can recruit or harden a hostile audience, but it must keep sponsor and legal aftershock visible. A refusal-safe block can protect the artist while narrowing routes.

Beat 5 - False owner hardens

If the player or implementation hides actor, legal check, proof object, artist refusal state, or future reader effect, Counter-Broadcast False Owner Default fires or arms.

Replay/session evidence requirements

Worker evidence should include:

  • source and wiki addresses used by the run;
  • seed and session id;
  • starting state proving prior memorial, archive, oxygen, sponsor, pirate, or black-box pressure;
  • offered choices and choice ids;
  • assigned cards;
  • selected branch;
  • before/after counters;
  • emitted events;
  • route asset, suppression, hostile, split custody, refusal, or miss states;
  • named blocked reasons when branch requirements are unmet.

Explicit non-goals

  • Not bulk filler.
  • Not raw count fulfillment.
  • Not a prose-only chapter.
  • Not a fixed turn-52 scene.
  • Not a global replacement for archive custody, fan oxygen, or sponsor oxygen systems.
  • Not a free success path that clears fan, sponsor, archive, and inspector pressure with one card.
